Hidden away in the bowels of the Diocletian Palace yet in the open air. The ambience of this restaurant was quite unique. We had booked a table but still had to ask a tour guide itâs location. The waiter was a little over the top but was quite helpful. We only had main courses of Lamb Stew in green vegetables and chicken fillets with potatoes and veg. Wine by the glass was excellent and the whole meal was cooked to perfection. An enjoyable evening with the perfect ambience.

An unusual establishment that serves fresh excellent quality grilled meats, tuna and burgers like a takeaway that you can eat outside.I had a tuna steak, hubby had children breast stuffed with ham and cheese. These were both exceeding excellent and far surpassed anything else we had eaten since being in Croatia.Highly recommended and probably going back tomorrow!

Both opted for a pasta dishes which were under the âappetiserâ section of the menu. These were both huge and more than enough for a main meal! We also tried the bread infused with garlic which was amazing!! The meal was reasonably priced but mainly because our dishes were appetisers..Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for seafood dishes or anyone whoâs keen on fresh bread (who isnât!)

This was recommended to us by the owner of our AIRB&B. Reservations are highly recommended. It is well worth the effort. The food is outstanding and the service is excellent.We had the Octopus, Panko with chick pea purée over greens. Also, the Tuna with black lentils, potatoes are a burrata, beet, walnut salad as a starter. The wine was white Croatian recommended by the waiter which paired beautifully with our dinner. Donât leave too quickly, they will serve you a complimentary house made Grappa or Cherry Liquor, which will cap off your delightful meal..

Really very, very good Roman style pizza. Greek salad was Greek in name only but excellent. Extremely fresh ingredients. Decent coffee and draft beer. Much nicer than anywhere at the airport and a great place to wait for the new Split Express ferry. Itâs not far from the airport, but not that easy to get to with a pram and cases.

En front de mer à Kastel Novi, l'offre Horeca est vaste et variée. Nonobstant, il n'est pas toujours aisé, le soir venu, de trouver à garer la voiture, puis à trouver de la place en terrasse d'un restaurant. Si vous n'avez pas trouvé de table, ne désespérez pas : revenez sur la route principale qui parcourt les différents Kastela : d'autres restaurants vous y attendent, avec généralement une opportunité de parking et de table libre. C'est le cas avec le restaurant Agava. La carte est classiquement dalmate, sans surprises spécifiques, mais le fromage pané choisi en entrée était délicieux et copieux, et les viandes du plat principal tendres et juteuses. Bemol : trop de frites et pas assez de légumes. Pour le reste, terrasse au jardin, accueil cordial et bière à la pompe parfaitement fraîche.

We âve been commenting this restaurant between ourself for days, we saw fantastic instagram account and Desired to come and try their food .I must say IT IS MORE DELICIOUS then on photos!!!Such a good grilled calamari also pizza and we drank cocktails wich Are sooo good !!

Returned again for overnight trip as we arrive late into Split, beautiful quiet quaint spot opposite the sea, simply wish we could stay longer. This is perfect hideaway spot to unwind in peace. 10 mins drive to airport. Beautiful breakfast, great friendly staff. Will be back for sure.
