When we chose this place, we didn't expect burgers to be that good. Burgers were big, everything is fresh and tasty at a really good price. If you're little tired of greek food and looking for something other, this can be a good choice.

Why is Gia Mas so highly rated ? Because they do everything right. The welcome is super friendly as is the service afterwards. The food was all great and the proximity to the sea, just perfect for a romantic dinner. We ate at this restaurant on our first night after being talked in by the owner but I have never been so grateful. The food was absolutely out of this world. I am a huge Greek food fan so love the traditional dishes. Their Tzatziki was the best we had throughout our week in Santorini and we ordered this every day. I had their Moussaka which after visiting nearly all of the Greek islands is by far the best I have ever had. The kleftiko and tomato balls are also amazing. The staff are wonderful and so friendly but also great to have a laugh with. We ended up returning here 3 more times because nowhere else compared to the quality. The price is also so reasonable here. If you want high end food at a decent price on the beach, look no further. You will not regret it

Went here for lunch before our flight home. What a perfect spot. Really relaxed seating and lovely views. Food seemed to be brought out when it was cooked rather than one table at a time, so dishes did arrive at different times. However this was no problem as it meant for a relaxed dining experience. Very much enjoyed the complementary Raki drink and rusks , cheese, oil and olives to start while we were choosing from the delicious menu. The Cretan salad was the best weâd had, the grilled asparagus with cheese AMAZING, baked aubergine and chickpea stew both equally tasty. Excellent value meal, one of the tastiest weâd had and only a 10 minut drive to the airport.

We ate here on quite a few occasions and have to say it was wonderful every visit, the service was excellent especially Maria. The food was excellent and the portions were huge. If you go here you have to try the Lamb chops, omg delicious. Loved it here and would highly recommend you to visit....

Bad experience We are Greeks so we know about good tastes and quality. The food was ok, as traditional cooking, but the prices were too expensive according the portion.They are stealing the clients with these prices.I know we are in Santorini which is expensive , but these small portion of food is unacceptable, have the same prices but with bigger quantity!These seems that you do not respect the clients.I told the owner about it and he was really rude towards me!I was really dissapointed!! I do not recommend it at all!!!Good eveningFirst of all the only person that came from the first moment with a mood to fight was you. You were rude and ironic to the staff of the restaurant from the very beginning, from the moment you sat at the table. When you came in to pay you started shouting, pointing your finger to me and coming straight at my face like you wanted to throw a punch as I was keeping my distance. And people saw that! Your own company was telling you to leave but you continued to shout and yell by yourself. You found me rude just because I was telling you the absolute truth about some specific dishes that you mentioned and the prices about the ingredients of those. In Santorini prices are expensive yes, but we as a restaurant bring the finest and best quality ingredients from all over Greece and that equals more transfer fees. You mentioned how much you buy these ingredients at your village or your local market but that is totally irrelevant as the prices are NOT the same there and here. Also, locals that saw you came in later and told me that they've seen you doing the exact same thing in other places also, and that it is a habit of yours. So the conversation ends here. Highly recommended.Very authentic Greece restaurant. Original varsities of traditional local homemade style dishes. The service is very friendly and there is a family atmosphere at the restaurant.Many locals eating at the restaurant, which is a good sign that the food is fresh, traditional and tasty.Prices are fare in the lower scale of local Greece restaurants in Santorini.

Beautiful place to enjoy dinner. The grounds are gorgeous and the restaurant is intimate and charming.There were so many amazingly delicious courses including Santorini salad, traditional Greek salad, a trio of dips including beetroot "salad", tzatziki, and eggplant "salad", olives, mushrooms, and a main course of fresh sea bass, mashed root vegetables and steamed broccoli.Unfortunately, the wine was not as good as the food... and the servers did not seem interested in serving much of it. After the wine tasting, the servers poured us one full glass of wine but never came back to ask us if we wanted more.

This lovely seafront restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel Marvarit suites Santorini. We were picked up and dropped off. I thank them for thisThe food was very good, the atmosphere very relaxing and the service excellent. We had a variety of meals mainly seafood and grills and it was thoroughly enjoyed. We picked our fish from the catch of the day. The local wine was also very good.I strongly recommend this place.
