Eat Grk comes in highly recommended from a lot of the Sydney food bloggers from what Ive seen on instagram. The place looks nice and would be perfect to sit out for lunch when the weather is decent. For vegetarians the menu is limited as was the case throughout Australia. We had the Halloumi wrap and Halloumi Fries. Both were decent. The fries were a bit too salty and as much as I like Halloumi, a whole wrap of it got a bit much. What we did love here was the chips. Loved their salt enough to pick a whole box to take back home with me. We ended our meal with some GreekDoughnut- I cant remember the name, filled with Nutella and it was average- too much cinnamon on it. The owner + the service here was really good. While our food was average, looking at the crowds I am sure the lamb rolls were amazing.

My wife & two friends ate here on Saturday night. Staff are great and very obliging. This this restaurant has a great atmosphere but unfortunately thatâs where it stopsThe Entrees were served fairly quickly and were very enjoyable. The main meals took more than an hour to be served and when served the souvlaki was burnt & the pork was cold. When we complain to the waiter about the condition of the food the waiter went to the kitchen and return shortly with four lamb cutlets which were burnt on the outside and still raw on the inside. I doubt for the price that we paid which was fairly expensive that I would return to the place again.

Being Greek always makes it challenging to comment on supposedly authentic Greek restaurants but this place is seriously good... Super friendly service, lovely fresh food, great value prices (compared to many) and as close to a traditional Greek taverna experience as you'll find in Sydney... Highly recommended!

First time here and won't be my last. Ordered the pork pita club and it was amazing. My friends ordered all kinds of things that I had never seen before ⦠all were amazing. Simple Greek food served fresh. Its just a simple café/takeaway but what a find !
Middle eastern with a Greek twist, very fresh food, great coffee and excellent customer service. Menu suits all dietary types and the sweets are all homemade.

Absolutely loved every dish we ordered! We started with Caprese Skewers and bruschetta on homemade bread...yummo! Grilled Octopus was so tender and cooked to perfection. We ordered two pasta dishes from the menu but asked for both to be served with Napoletana sauce instead of what was on the menu, without any hesitation our request was no problem at all. We are so happy to see Chef Sam back in the kitchen, you gotta know that a pumping restaurant mid week is always a great sign of happy customers! We can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu...oh and for dessert we had a crema cafe...THERE ARE NO WORDS!!!

What a lovely venue! I went for lunch with 2 friends through the week. Parking is almost at the door and setting overlooking Kyle Bay is tranquil and inviting. JAAKS has a modern, warm and clean feel about it. No noisy chairs dragging on floor boards here! Light and bright fitout with lots of white and huge windows to capture the view really make this a place you want to linger! We shared the whole rainbow trou ($38)t, and had accompaniments of green olives ($7), roasted cauliflower with tahini ($16), thick cut chips, haloumi with honey and oregano ($16) and washed it down with a lovely bottle of Pinot Grigio! ($48) After relaxing some more, we had a coffee and the baclava. Very satisfied table, lovely environment, great waiter and terrific view. All of this for $60 per head - we will return! I hope this review is helpful ;)

I've been to Thaleia many times, dined in and take away and they never disappoint! The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is perfect. Staff are friendly and attentive. You definitely get value for money. I would definitely recommend the Moussaka, the souvlakia or the banquet for 2!! The banquet was definitely value for money - perfect variety of different delicious foods.

Nieo's is a trendy Greek diner that serves good food in a friendly atmosphere. The prices are average, but be careful, because it's always full. Reservations are easier.
