Traditional greek cuisine, sea food, fresh fish, local veggies, Aegean meet, for passionate people, live music events
We found this lovely place to eat on our first night in Perivolos. We enjoyed the food so much we ate there on 4 of our 10 nights on the island. Most times we made our own mini meze by ordering a selection of starters that were veggie with my husband then having something with meat. The tomato balls that the island is famous for were the best we had. The zucchini balls were delicious along with the cheese saganaki. The grilled feta with peppers was a new one for us and very enjoyable. Always a great Greek salad and bread. Very friendly owner and staff. Highly recommended place to eat.

We ate here on our recent trip to Perissa after seeing it was so highly rated and it certainly is good.Satff were friendly, service was good, and overall it was a positive expereince. However after eating at many other places along the beach front during our 2 week stay I also personally think it's a bit over rated. The food is clearly trying to offer a bit of a twist on classic Greek cuisine, which is fine, but for us it just felt a bit gimmicky.Nothing wrong with that of course (and clearly it works) but for us there were better, more reasonably priced placed to get a great meal in the area.

We are now closed for the season in 2018. See you again in Spring of 2019! Specific dates to follow!
After reading another review saying it was the perfect place to watch the sunset we decided to turn up addictive. There were very few customers and lots of staff just standing chatting, so one would assume the service would be outstanding! How wrong I was. Lazy staff, we even cleared our own table between courses. Food was average, far better food and service available in restaurants in Perissa

This was the perfect spot for lunch. Located on the Black Beach the view and ambience were wonderful. The service was friendly and attentive. The grilled octopus was superb. My lamb was tender and juicy. My wife’s seafood pasta was excellent. This place should not be missed.

We stopped by on the off chance for a later dinner. We were treated to tomato balls (delicious) steak and rocket (well seasoned and cooked to perfection) and our first moussaka (nothing to compare it to but mouthwatering!).Staff were really friendly and fun. House red was delicious. Great value. Would highly recommend

Visited several times over a week, always good service both from the lovely young waitress and the cheery owner. Reasonably priced, frequented by lots of regulars which made for a good atmosphere. They have a food delivery arrangement with Grandmas recipes up the road which seems to work for all parties. Would certainly go again if in Perissa.

Stopping in perissa we walked the whole promenade each morning and passed this delightful little cafe, and after stopping at other places we decided to give this a try. Best choice ever....fantastic value for money...we have sandwiches which we really big and more like a panini...filled us up for the day. The staff are delightful and would absolutely recommend stopping off for a snack and drink break...you won’t be disappointed!

How precisely other reviews can 'feel ripped off' is somewhat bewildering. This café is more a bistro, with a fantastic breakfast option with a fabulous yoghurt and honey and good filter coffee. The evening menu is set and is, when we visited, a moussaka or fava. We opted for the former. Beautifully and simply presented.5 stars all the way, well deserved for the friendly team who run the place.

Fine dining restaurant FLOGA AND 1800 now united under one management to provide a sensetional gastronomic expireance whith the best sea and volcano view on the island
This is a very small restaurant, I would estimate around 30 person capacity. The first thing we noticed was how attentive the servers were. They checked up on us throughout our meal, refilling drinks and cleaning off our table between courses, and always checking to make sure we enjoyed everything. The menu was a modern take on traditional Greek cuisine. We really enjoyed the mussels appetizer, which was served in a tomato and feta based sauce similar to a mussels saganaki. The difference here was the flair of the dish being served on a flaming dish with a mint jelly on a spoon to pour over the mussels. Absolutely delicious. We also had their bread which tasted fresh and was served with a creamy feta and red pepper dipping sauce which was a great complement to the mussels. We had a spaghetti with prawns and rack of lamb for our main courses. Both of the dishes were plated stylishly and were rich and full of flavor. We had a chocolate souffle for dessert that turned heads at other tables when it was served with a red wine goblet steaming with dry ice that seemed designed to Instagram. We were so pleased with our dinner and the service that we made reservations for the next night as well. Our servers even introduced us to the chef!
