Evesham Golf Club is situated in The Vale of Evesham in Worcestershire. Our Midlands’ location makes us one of the most accessible and picturesque golf courses in the UK. We take great pride in the fact that our members benefit from a golf course that is playable all year round, for instance, we lost only 5 days golf during last winter – the wettest on record! If you are thinking of joining a golf club but are worried about integrating and finding playing partners there is no need for concern. At Evesham Golf Club we have ‘throw-ups’ most days of the week which gives all of our members, old and new, the chance to enjoy a round of golf while socialising. Although Evesham Golf Club has only nine greens it has 18 tees which makes the back 9 holes completely different to the front 9. The clubhouse at Evesham Golf Club is home to all of our member events throughout the year and has its very own bar and restaurant. The clubhouse is also available to hire for private events and functions. We look forward to welcoming you to one of the finest golf courses in Worcestershire soon.

Our cabins are perfect for golf breaks and getaways. Set in the heart of the country side, The Vale and it’s lake side cabins are in an ideal position for visiting local attractions such as Cheltenham racecourse, Stratford upon Avon and other surrounding towns. Stay overnight after an event, play a game of golf the following day or simply treat yourself to lunch in our Clubhouse Bar and make your stay a real treat.
Spent four nights here on a getaway for our Anniversary. Very pleasantly surprised with our 'log cabin' room which had a balcony looking straight onto the lake - brilliant. Cabin was great for the two of us, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The double bed was more like a super king with a thick mattress, so no sign of thin uncomfortable bedding seen in some reviews. Spacious tiled bathroom with a good hot shower and plenty of storage throughout. Staff were lovely, asked for a hairdryer as our room didn't have one (apparently people steal them and the tea making kettles! REALLY....Are you that hard up??????) and was sent one straight away - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast menu is good, well cooked, not greasy, and the food plentiful. Lesley was such a friendly lady and chatted to us like old friends. Meals are taken in the main golf club cafe but there is a restaurant upstairs, which didn't appear to be open after 7pm probably due to Covid or lack of customers as the Club appeared to be very quiet during our time there. We had a drink in the bar before heading off to eat out but didn't like the plastic tumbler my wine was served in, although the barman did apologise and said it was due to Covid. The Club is in a very rural location so you need a car to get anywhere. There's a pub in Bishampton - couple of miles? but roads were dark and no pavements so we didn't walk there, plus Storm Alex made sure we needed the car to get anywhere we wanted to arrive at in a dry state. Lots of pubs within a 5-8 mile radius. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful break with golf or fishing and walking on your doorstep, stay here. We couldn't fault it.

Built in the late 1970's the Abbey golf course has now matured into a fine, championship standard parkland course measuring over 6,500 yards. Designed by Donald Steel, one of Britain's leading course architects the course has been extensively upgraded and lengthened in recent years. The course regularly hosts county matches and high profile corporate days. The layout includes matured trees, lakes and on the whole the fairways are wide with the rough not too punishing, the picturesque 7th is a 192 yard drive from the medal tee with the green surrounded on three sides by the river arrow. The 13th is a challenging uphill par 4 drive between two mature oak trees at 250 yards with the green concealed out of sight at the top of the hill.We offer Par 72 18 hole course, driving range, putting green, buggy hire, teaching and coaching support.
