The young lass behind the counter gently up-sold us to the bigger bucket of balls! Very sound advice as we split the bucket 50%-50% and both my daughter and I took our last swings exactly 'on time', like matching Swiss timepieces... Clone the young and smiling staff member please...they can use someone with her chrisma just down the road... We toted-in our own clubs, which seemed to be what most-everyone-else does...but I'm told you can hire weapons on site. The sun was out, social spacing was easy-peezy and if you take up a place in the back rows instead of on the grass-areas, you can poach pointers from the better players slammping the little yellow balls into oblivian... don't tell please, but I recvered a fe that only managed to go a foot or two int the field.

St. Michael’s stands among Australia’s best, recently ranked as one of New South Wales top ten golf courses, and holds a national ranking amongst the top fifty. With a location immersed within the Botany Bay National Parkland, adjoining the Pacific Ocean, course designer’s Glancey and Moran(1938) had vision of designing a tough championship links course, without disturbing the natural terrain and beauty of the Little Bay peninsula (par 72). Today St. Michael’s has evolved as one of Australia’s few environmentally aware golf links by implementing specific programs aimed at protecting our resources, flora and fauna. The objective is to reduce our carbon footprint, protect the endangered species of this region and to be responsible for the way in which we function as a golfing business.
In addition to all the reviews about the layout of this great hidden golf course which is always presented as one of Sydneys' best test of golf and also its popular function area with panoramic views, mention must also be made of the bistro which is open to the public most days for lunch and sometimes for breakfast. They offer a good choice of a la carte and blackboard specials all at very reasonable prices. The service is friendly in the clubhouse and you are made very welcomed while enjoying a magnificent outlook over the coastline.

Today we celebrated my mother-in-laws 90th birthday at Northbridge Golf Club. I organised the whole celebration for 30 guests online from NZ with Doreen the Catering and Functions manager. Doreen’s flexibility and organising of the celebration was exemplary. Everything from our arrival at the venue, the welcoming waiting staff, decor and layout of the room, and timing of the canapés, meals and serving of the cake we were able to supply went seamlessly. The food was Devine! Would highly recommend for a family celebration.

Been a while since I was here and the course has improved in that time. In particular, the fairways and greens are brilliant. The greens were fast and very true. The tees need some work but I heard from a member that they were soon to be renovated so that will be an benefit. The clubhouse of a little tired and old fashioned but the service was OK and the beer was cold! This course is still excellent value and a true test of golf. I'd certainly recommend this course to anyone who is looking for good value golf.

We attended a function at the golf club last week, and the staff there were absolutely fantastic. The food was served buffet style, and the lady in charge went well out of her way to ensure that our somewhat obscure dietary needs were catered to. We don't expect that, and normally we'll just pick up something further to eat on the way home if we're still hungry after a function, but these people organised special food for us from the kitchen and then brought it to us at the table. This is the type of care and dedication that sets apart a great venue from the rest, so thank you to all involved. We couldn't recommend this venue too highly.

Situated along the rugged Southern Sydney coastline, the Coast Golf Course is open to the elements and can play differently from one hour to the next. It promises to be a challenge for all levels of players, and the Coast Golf Course never lets you down. It suits players of all skill levels, or even just the golfers who like to play on one of the most beautiful scenic courses in Sydney.
Sunday lunch on the coast of Little Bay with plenty of parking, great food and no massive crowds? Yes you get this from the Coast Golf Club. Amazing views of the coastal beaches and golf course while relaxing with a beverage. A quiet local venue.
