St. Ives boasts a quartet of golden-sand beaches. Sheltered coves draw swimmers and sun-worshippers, but water-sports aficionados visit St. Ives for great surfing, windsurfing and water-skiing conditions. And on your way there, keep your eyes peeled for a dude with seven wives. You never know when nursery rhymes might come true.

I should coco is an artisan chocolate shop which produces a huge range of chocolate treats by hand on site. We also run very popular Chocolate workshops for all ages, where you can make your own treats, souvenirs and gifts. come and visit - Dip into Chocolate ! free chocolate tasting for all customers :)
Andrea and Treev gave us a lovely after noon chocolate making at their workshop. It was simple and FUN! And yes...you get to take the chocolate home that you make ! Decent value for money but a really good different activity here in st.ives vs the water based stuff. Would highly recommend and great service and covid adherence from the staff ! We were there 25th July.

Perched at the top of a quieter lane, away from the hubbub of Fore Street you can find this fabulous and constantly changing world of colour and originality. It's top of my list every time I visit St Ives now, and whether I'm looking for a small keepsake for myself or a statement piece of jewellery for a friend's big number birthday, I always find something special and unique within the walls of Sweet Lime. If you're lucky enough to visit on a day when the exquisitely dressed owner and maker Elspeth is present, then it's worth seeking her advice, she has a wealth of knowledge and style to share, designs and makes some of the beautiful pieces in store and is even able to create bespoke pieces sometimes. LOVE this place!

What a fabulous experience from start to finish. Vanessa supported and advised us throughout the process of making our rings. We shared good music, laughter and took away a fantastic memory. Vanessa put the finishing touches to our rings and posted them to us. We visit each time that we are in St Ives and the jewellery is beautiful. I often want to buy it all! Highly recommend a visit to the shop and if you are getting married, book in to make your rings!

If you haven't yet discovered 'Kudos' in St. Ives you might be in for a surprise. Acclaimed by some as 'the best shop they have been in', it is not for the feint hearten, claustrophobic or impatient. Total sensory overload is the score and a single visit will not reveal all its hidden treasures. There is something for everyone,in a fascinating kaleidoscope of world cultures and there are prices to suit most budgets from 20p to £35,000.00. With one of the best and most extensive ranges of Jewellery you will find anywhere, that is only part of the story. If jewellery is not your thing, a collection of vintage guitars dating back 200 years might float your boat. New and antique items from Cornwall are blended with extraordinary artefacts from at least 45 different countries, and if this planet doesn't hold your attention there are a scattering of meteorites for good measure. Fossils and crystals up to 800 million years old and did you spot the fossilized Keichosaur, an aquatic reptile 260 million years old, or the Mammoth tusk or fossilized Cave Bear Foot from Romania. No 'Kiss me Quick' hats although there are other collectable hats or a selection of hand bags, works of art, adorned by celebrities in California. It is not a preconceived lifestyle package handed to you on a plate, more a source of inspiration and wealth of artifacts for interior designers, artists, musicians and inspired appreciators of this world. Owner Martin Phillips, has 10 years formal training in art and design including Wood, Metal, Ceramics, Glass, Industrial Design and Photography specialising in Jewellery and Furniture, culminating in a Masters Degree from 'The Royal College of Art' London. He manufactured Jewellery for 12 years winning awards for design, business, photography and export and developed exports to 35 different countries. Now on the other side of the coin he has conceived 'Kudos' and travels extensively to enrich this retail outlet in what he describes as a 'living Museum'.
