Smack dab in the middle of Amish country is this wonderful country store. This is far from the maddening crowd of the Route 30 tourist shops. I've been here a few times, and while it's always busy, it's also always a comfortable place to browse around the shop, or treat yourself to excellent pretzels or ice cream. In addition, there's lots of good, homemade choices of eggs, cheese, butter, pies, pastries, and other desserts. Oh, and they offer canned fruits, vegetables, and relishes as well. Not hungry? No problem. Look around at their "quillows" and other hand-made quilts and crafts. They even sell rugs, baskets, and cloth books, along with Amish dolls. Finally, I saw a whole bunch of different types of bird houses and gourds for sale. It's really a great place to hang out for a bit as you make your way around the back roads in this beautiful area of Amish country. If you're looking specifically for this place, you'll probably want to use your GPS. Otherwise, you might be riding along these roads for a long time! It's worth the visit, and there are other neat places in the area as well to visit while you're here.

My family and I always stop in when in the area. They have the most unique items and the world's best pies. I would strongly recommend stopping in to shop

We are a small store with locally grown vegetables, locally made cheese and lots of meat. We also have ice cream and other dairy products.

Fisher's offers a wide variety of soaps in many different shapes and fragrances. The family who owns the shop is especially kind. The only thing to keep in mind is that they accept cash only (or at least this was the case at the time of my visit).

Love this old time shoe store. Can not find a wide shoe anywhere and they have it. You will find Amish clothing, under garments, socks and a nice selection of music on cd’s. Leroy (the owner) is a pretty nice man and ready to help you. It’s a nice experience coming into Leacock Shoe Store
