We live in NH & have visited this place a few times but recently discovered their salsa. I used to buy Margarita’s salsa which was sold at Hannaford, but it has disappeared from the store shelves . So for months I have been trying every salsa I have come across , trying to find something which suited my taste. Hallelujah! I have finally found the best salsa! White Mountains Canning Tomato Jalapeño Salsa is fantastic. I love the chunks of tomatoes, and the spices are just right. It has just enough kick to satisfy me, but not too much where the fussy people in the house won’t eat it . We also bought a few other items from the store , and all were a hit I plan on another visit soon to stock up.

Absolutely amazing candy store - all sorts of candies - chocolates, penny candy, and al;most every candy you remember from your childhood. Reasonably priced & sold by weight. The only problem is what to choose!

It's been a couple of years since we visited and it's just as delightful as always. We love the game selection and neat, interesting items here.

Stopped in for dinner as this store has a very large selection of ready to eat foods. It is more than just a supermarket, they have a nice wine section and a huge beer selection. Everything was spotless clean and the staff were super friendly. We got a couple of salads, a rotisserie chicken, and a nice bottle of wine for less than $30. We would recommend.

This is a real herb shop, bursting with an eclectic assortment of pre-mixed herbal tinctures, and similar natural health items. Plus the staff actually knows something about herbal healing. If only more stores like this existed.

Folks I just wanna be honest with my review. I am a guitar player and not as good as I would like to be but I do play every day. I also have a pretty costly guitar collection, 11 total. Because I am kinda spoiled with really nice guitars I only look for high end guitars. I was visiting on vacation and was told about the store. And went on trip advisor to check out what people say. Some of the reviews where mixed I must say. But I did see they seemed to have a good inventory, so I stopped in the store. First for a small country town music store the store is amazing!!! And a really impressive high end guitar inventory. I just couldn't believe it. Second the gentlemen who help me who I came to realize was the owner was very helpful. I mean folks, this man is a nice guy. And he really knows his stuff and made me feel very comfortable. I tend to be very shy about playing for people but he handled the whole experience perfectly. He helped me play many guitars and explained every guitar for me. I gotta tell you I loved his guitars, all had good strings on to hear the guitar at its best and all in perfect condition. It was a pleasure playing his stuff. Also another plus was I felt he walked a real fine line of trying to sell a guitar without pressure. And really trying to find the right guitar for you!!! Which is not the norm, trust me most just wanna sell guitars. I really felt that he was trying to put a guitar in my hands that would be a perfect fit for me. He knows sound, size and style of playing matters. As I said I have bought and played a lot of guitars and he was my most honest helper in finding the right guitar for me. My only problem was I didn't buy one, which if I had more time to play I probably would have. My wife wanted to get going as we were driving home that day. I honestly feel I will be back and probably buy a guitar from him. The area is beautiful and the town is very cute, so I think I will return. I really wanna go back and probably spend the whole day playing so I am sure which guitar I want and add to my collection. All I can say folks is if you love guitars and small country towns, this store is great!!! And please don't listen to the mixed reviews because I really just don't understand the expectations of some people today. Again I am just being honest. Trust me this guy does not deserve any mixed reviews!!! And I hope he sees this review, and all I can say to him is THANK YOU!!!
