During the Civil War, Knoxville's Mabry-Hazen House served as headquarters for both the Confederate and Union armies. Today you can visit the house and other historic homes in this eastern Tennessee city. Among Knoxville's other attractions are museums, a zoo and World's Fair Park, site of the 1982 World's Fair. University of Tennessee sports draw lots of fans, as does the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame. To see Knoxville from the water, take a leisurely riverboat ride down the Tennessee River.

This adorable store is by the Oliver Hotel next to Market Square and has the most adorable & eclectic items that are all about Knox'Vegas! (And might I add that I had a return and it was the EASIEST and BEST return experience of my life!) The team members are all nice, knowledgeable & extremely helpful! And the store sections are too numerous to mention! A definite must shop for anything Knoxville related!

What a place for chocolate. They have a big counter with all kinds of chocolate pieces that they make. Most types are available in dark or milk chocolate and some in white chocolate. They also have lots of gifts to chose from to go along with the candy. The chocolate is delicious. Get one piece or a whole box - mix or match as you desire.

If you would like to support a small bookstore this is the place to go. As well as usual books that you can find in any bookstore they have a wide selection of local authors both fictional and historical. Clerk was very helpful in helping me to select a book. I thought prices were very reasonable.
