Equal parts fabric store and coffee shop - Wacky Jackys is THE place to enjoy an amazing espresso coffee and slice of yummy cake in air-con while checking out stunning batik fabrics and created by local artisans. If you like the best coffee in Candidasa and are interested in Balinese fabric, design and textiles then this is the place for you!
Such a great way to spend 10 days away with like minded people. The retreat is very well organised and nothing is too much trouble for Jacky & Wayan. Fantastic hands on activities or have the day to sew at the shop or recharge your batteries by the pool. The girls at the shop are super friendly and knowledgeable and always keen to do some cutting, ironing or whatever to help you out. I will definitely return for another retreat.

A wonderful way to keep your memories of Bali by having a self hand crafted souvenir jewelry. My wife and I had a great time melting, sculpting and designing our own matching bracelet.

I’m so into Cacao and wanted to learn as much as I could about Cacao, this visit was well worth it! I got to see many steps including the fermentation boxes, solar drier, roaster and grinders. It smelled so delicious ???? Seeing the Cacao tree on the property was so awesome!! The Cacao tree had a cute little flower on it ???????????? I was bummed to not see the chocolate molding that day, so call in advance if you want to ensure seeing specific parts of the chocolate making process. They offer classes and workshops too, call ahead to see what’s happening the day you go there. The chocolate tasting was so yummy and omg the vegan coconut ice cream was divine ???? Also I love the dried rambutan fruit they sell, wow what a unique treat, love it, bought a bag plus a bunch of chocolate bars!
