Love this place! We found it in 2009 and had returned in 2011, 2012 and 2015. We intentionally sought it out on our visit this year and we delighted to see Sergio is transitioning to his son Sergio Jr!! Love the new location a bit closer to the market square and ferry docks, also. Jr was able to help us with a beautiful silver pendant and onyx stone. Already exceptional quality, fantastic service and very fair prices. Keep it up - was great to see you again!

So my teen boys and I decided to stroll away from our hotel to shop a bit, had no intention of buying anything “good”, but knew that the vendors in Cozumel had suffered a great deal due to the shut downs so figured let’s go see what they got.. We happened upon Deja Vu and Antonio was so wonderful with my boys, showing them where and how his craftsmanship is done, talking extensively with them about Mayan history after I had mention it and they didn’t really know much, along with picking up on each ones personality and sharing things they may like. I literally am not talking about “selling”, he was able to pick up little things and saying “that’s not what I see for you try this”., he is an honest, trustworthy craftsman/businessman and I will buy jewelry and leather goods from him anytime I am in Cozumel from now on. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for quality and service please go see Antonio and his family at Deja Vu!

On the way to the island I lost one of my favorite earrings (a silver and shell round earring originally purchased in Playa), I reached out for help finding a match and Donato Mendoza from Nudo Marineri offered to custom make the piece for me. Ultimately I asked him to turn the remaining earring into a necklace pendant and create a matching set of earrings. The results were beautiful!! The price was outstanding! In the photo below the necklace pendant was the earring I left with him and he created this set from it. ❤️❤️❤️
