The owner/proprietor of the shop is very friendly and accommodating. If you have a silver jewellery that needs cleaning, resizing, modified or fixing, you can describe to him how you want the outcome to be and he is proactive and helpful in discussing the services that you need. When the service for your jewellery has been done, he asks you whether you are satisfied with the outcome. Apart from this service, the shop also offers ready to wear brand new jewellery and some of them are his designs which are unique and great. The shop also sells loose gemstones that you can buy on its own or ask him to set in a type of jewellery you prefer. I personally bought a unique loose gemstone which he also set in a pendant and a couple of ready to wear jewellery that I asked him to modify so I can use it as an add on to another jewellery I owned to come up with a unique pendant as I sometimes reconstruct some of my old jewellery.

We purchased an engagement ring from city of London jewellers which was made to my specifications . It was a pleasure to deal with them, the gentleman was lovely and not forceful on selling and offered advice on what I was looking for. The gentleman offered recommendations for my wedding ring also. The finished ring was amazing and fitted perfectly with the wedding ring that we also bought from them. Many thanks to Peter, we will definitely be back for any further purchases. I cannot wait to show it off, and we will be recommending them to all our friends.

Outstanding tea shop where you can taste before you buy. Great selection of teas that are definitely worth a try. Some you cannot buy in Australia. Great service.

We visited the royal exchange today in order to experience the atmosphere and have some afternoon tea if there was space available. With no reservation we thought we’d try our luck and fortunately there were still some seats to fill. Thanks to an excellent waiting staff the entire experience was pure joy (of course the quality of the afternoon tea itself also helped!). The complimentary glasses of champagne were totally unexpected and very welcome and with the staff on point it was an experience to savour!
