This was one of our favorite places in Marbella. Great olive oil and wine. We went back several times. We brought several bottles of olive oil and wine back to the US.

After years of experience working on taracea we are able now to manufacture pieces similar to the majestic furniture of the Alhambra. We decorate interior rooms with ornaments in the "mudejar"style, paneling, doors, furniture, etc., using techniques like the taracea, carvings, embossed leather, gilding, polychroming, cast iron and others; techniques accumulated over our years of experience recreating a proper granadian style or even european style.
No way to miss this incredible oriental bazaar before or after your visit to Alhambra. The "taracea" techniques show beautiful designs on furniture and home artefacts. María the owner belongs to family with a centuries-old artisan tradition in Granada. Don't miss her beautiful "carmen" in front of the Alhambra Palace hotel.

Munira Mendonca, from California, began working with leather in the 70’s when she arrived to Bubion, a village in southern Spain, in the province of Granada. It was there that she learned and developed a passion for this traditional craft. Now we find her workshop in the lovely old city of Granada where Islamic art pervades. This influence is strong in “Munira” products. Over the years the workshop has become a family business which designs and hand crafts its unique range of leather articles. The actual height of expression has been achieved through the use of ancient embossing and polychrome techniques that survive, at least in Granada, in the hands of the last master, Diego Campos Mariscal. Munira is both proud of and profoundly grateful for his teaching and collaboration. Our study of ancient designs and calligraphies as well as our use of traditional tools situate our items well within the leather tradition of Spain; a rich but dying tradition that spans many hundreds of years.
We were shopping for “made in Spain” gifts and happened on Munira, and so happy we did. We purchased a lovely pair of Murano glass and silver earrings the first visit, then went back the next day for a silver traditional Spanish style pendant. Carmen was SO lovely and helpful in making our decisions, and showed several options for our perusal. She was genuinely interested in assisting us and most pleasant. The store is not to be missed if you like authentic and beautiful items either for yourself or for gifts. If we are fortunate enough to return to Granada we will certainly be back.

Hey there! Are you still not sure about the online shopping option, or simply prefer to come check us out yourself? No problem! Apart from offering the best homemade country products on our online store, you can find us in Adriano Street #18. We are located in the heart of Seville in the well-known neighborhood of El Arenal near the Maestranza bullring, which happens to be one of the few places in the center of town where you can conveniently stop your car at the front door of the shop, quickly pop in and out to pick up your order, and be on your way! On the other hand, you might want to take a lovely stroll since it's a beautiful walk whether you decide to come from the Guadalquivir river entrance, or through the old and enchanting streets that find their way to us from the city's Cathedral. Our shop is hard to miss! It sticks out from the rest by emulating in decorative style a typical spanish country house. From the stone wall, to the handmade spelt doors and our now famous forged gate. Originally belonging to in an old country home in the Aracena mountain range. As if these weren't great enough reasons to come visit us, we'd like to remind you that we put out on a daily basis a series of fresh products that we let each and every one of our customers taste! Just imagine stopping by mid-walk and treating yourself to our famous Castano del Robledo marmalades, or sipping on Higuera de la Sierra liquors while munching on El Perdi potato chips. Also, and only if you're really lucky, you might even walk in while we're cutting our cured hams! Nevertheless, we're always happy to help you, give you recipes and/or explain anything you might want to know about us or our products. Most importantly, don't forget we are proud authorized distributors of Rufino Confectionary from Aracena, one of the most famous bakeries in Spain. Having said all of this, and taking the time to once again remind you that our customers can also make their orders online and pick them up at our shop. We feel the need to point out that you have absolutely no excuses left to not come and visit us, therefore, SEE YOU SOON!
We came to this address following google reviews and we were not disappointed at all! The shop is owned by a couple who sells only products from the area. The owner is passionate about his work, He explains you all you need to know about iberico ham, really interesting. A very professional and warm address which I recommend to every epicurean!

We've got Seville's most typical fragrances, along with our own exclusive blends that will give you unforgettable memories; smelling our scents transports you to our city. We also make customized blends to your taste.
This has the look and feel of an ancient apothecary, filled with wonder. The lady running it is utterly adorable, and while she doesn't speak English it's very easy to slip into some broken Spanish/mime with her. She'll work hard to understand. The cardamom scent is unreal, but I bought the vanilla and regret not buying it ten times over. At 12 euros for 50ml, it's a complete bargain for something so special and unique.

Galeria Alea is an art space, a gallery, a shop, an atelier of two artists, Eugen Badurina and Tim Adami, who promote local art though the idea of souvenirs which hare in an accessible price range. The art works are hand made; unique pieces or limited editions of a larger collection; some elegant and some provocative ones.
I was so happy to stumble upon Alea Galeria with just a few hours to spare on my trip to Granada! Ended up speaking with Roman, one of the artists at the shop, for a considerable amount of time. He was so friendly and gave my travel friend and I a bunch of local things to do in our last few hours. (My only regret is that we found him so late, that we could only squeeze in one or two of his recommendations) I like that he gave us truly local idea's for things to do (I am not into touristy stuff). Also, this is a great place to buy a unique and authentic Granada souvenir. I got a gorgeous gold plated bracelet that I am totally obsessed with. Also, the art prints at this spot are out of this world! I can't recommend enough! Thank you Alea Galeria!
