Das âCafé- Restaurant ist eigentlich nur ein Kiosk mit ein paar Tischen, unbequemen Stühlen und Selbstbedienung, bei gutem Wetter in einer langen Schlange.

als wir am Café ankamen war der Parkplatz sehr gut besucht der vordere Bereich des Kaffees war schon ziemlich besetzt deswegen gingen wir ins hintere Zimmer wo 100 Plätze frei waren und diese wurden innerhalb von gefühlten 20 Minuten alle befüllt und wir haben dann Kuchen und Kaffee bestellt der Kuchen sprich Käsekuchen war erste Sahne der Apfelkuchen ging und die Donauwelle naja da fehlt noch etwas Ãbung ne da passt das Verhältnis nicht so ganz aber es muss ein Geheimtipp sein weil die hatten innerhalb von einer Stunde mindestens 300 Gäste also das ging ratzfatz ab da auf jeden Fall ein Besuch ist da wohl vonnöten wenn man da in der Nähe ist würde ich sagen schönen Urlaub an alle

We enjoyed a very pleasant evening at this restaurant in a quieter part of the Meer, away from some of the noise and clamour of the crowds yet still offering an excellent view of the water with sun on its terrace.I enjoyed a traditional Rahmsauce Schnitzel with chips and my wife the Labskaus. This was quickly served by a very pleasant waiter and washed down with a beer and then coffee.Whilst we enjoyed the ambiance of the terrace as the sun descended, the inside of the restaurant also looked very comfy and so we shall return. The restaurant is also a cafe and offers refreshment throughout the day. Recommended.

Das kleine Restaurant ist ein "Wintergarten" mit angebauten Fischbrötchenverkauf. Die Fischbrötchen sind frisch, das Essen im Restaurantbereich ist einfach aber gut. Hier kann man noch relativ günstig Fisch essen.(Seelachsfilet mit Bratkartoffeln, Salat für 2 Personen 21,- Euro). Einfaches Ambiente wie Gartengaststätte. Einfache Möbel. Direkt in der Mitte am Ufer bei den anderen Geschäften / Restaurants.

Decided to spend our last evening at Restaurant Sago & was not disappointed. I enjoyed a large beer, to accompany my schnitzel & pommers (chips), the menu was available in both German & English, which was a real plus. Also very dog friendly. A must to visit if in the area.

I visited the Wunstorfer Ratskeller on a Sunday lunchtime after having a birthday party the night before. We went there with 7 people and had a very nice German Schnitzel and Steaks. The food was very well presented and the taste was as good as the presentation.The service was excellent as the waitress was very attentive and always asked if we need some top up on drinks or food. The price was ok for the food and the service. Will return when I am in town.

Went out for dinner last night, warm welcome and meal served by an efficient waitress, we were informed that the menu was in German only. We started with a beer, I skipped starters but my partner had the carrot & orange soup, which he said was delicious. For mains we both had calfâs liver marinated in calvados, which was tender,served with potatoes & apple. The meal was moderately priced, but the quality was very high.

Great dinner location with an interesting and varied menu. Good service and great tasting meals that really surprise. Excellent serving sizes. We recommend the snitzel or the chicken, although the fish is excellent. Highly recommended especially meals outdoors in the summer months. Worth visiting.

Mushrooms in season - chanterelles - delicious and wanted second portion but him over there said no!Ordered pork steak but too salty so raised with manager who replaced without demur. Excellent replacement.Wine was lovely (house) and price reasonable. Ambience v good.Staff all very courteous and an excellent welcome to Germany!Tim (waiter) very very good!

The Schweer Harms Fischerhaus is a great stopover option for all fish lovers visiting Steinhude. The restaurant has a very friendly service and is located in the middle of the beautiful town of Steinhude. It serves a wide range of different types of fish that even a picky palate won't get disappointed.
