This restaurant were recommended by the owner of our Pension. We were arriving late, shortly before 2100pm. Drink and Food delivery were quite quick. Staffs are ver friendly. I ordered Waldi Auflauff and my husband minced meat with egg and Garlic. Both tasted so fantastic as Oma made. I would be back again!

1501 was the first time "Linde" has been documented and since 1819 the restaurant has been owned by the family. The past of the historic restaurant "Zur Linde" is a long story. Karl Stülpner was once a guest here and there are many proves of his visit are
Extremely nice owner / waiter. His 2 sons work in the business too. The founder was acquainted with Karl Stuelpner , a local Robin Hood type here from the 1840s. Food is very local including serving super rare Buttermilchgetzen a type of flat potatoe dumpling pan fried (see photo).
Where to eat International food in Neuhausen: The Best Restaurants and Bars
This place has 3 outdoor saunas, four indoor saunas (I hope I didn't miss one), a steam bath, foot baths, a couple of swimming pools, whirlpool, massage, physio and so on and so on. Don't confuse the hotel with the SPA area and this restaurant. This is a "Kurort". Very quiet with a lot of lakes, scenery and walk/jogging possibilities. The SPA area with this restaurant was there first. A couple of years ago a hotel was built which is connected to the SPA area. Hotel guests can walk over to the SPA through a so called "Bademantelgang". This restaurant offers food inside the pool for folks who want to eat without having to leave the SPA. The restaurant and balcony area are for those who are fully clothed. We ate a salad which was very good and pretty laded. Their service is great, so is their staff. Very friendly and very helpful. Prices are really low. Don't expect something really plush and luxorious. It is all very nice, but low key. If you want to relax, eat well, get some massages and go for great walks then this is the place to go.

We happened upon this restaurant which is not well enough advertised outside - you have to venture into the castle forecourt to find it - and found a restaurant that served delicious food (very friendly service) in the original setting of the old castle vaults.

Very pleasant location and a good deal. I had a lovely cold Fiedler Pils and the Sachsische Kartoffelsuppe (potato soup) followed by 3 pork medallions. Nice and honest food.
