We found this nice chill place, cute to relax. Loved their coctails and choice of beers. They told us that they imported them from a micro-brewery. They also serve organic âzwergzebuâ-burgers, from a local breeder. The terras has a great view on the hills, were we did a nice walk through the woods.

Vorab: Das Essen können wir wahrlich nicht bewerten!Aber: Aufgrund der Ãffnungszeiten im Internet hatten wir unsere Tagesplanung auf ein Mittagessen in diesem Restaurant abgestimmt. Vormittags wollten wir den interaktiven Rundweg um das Vorbecken des Sorpesees gehen und am frühen Nachmittag bei Hoepke einkehren. Wir parkten also auf dem "Feuerwehrparkplatz" ganz in der Nähe des Restaurants, nachdem wir uns am Gasthof selber nochmals vergewissert hatten, dass Samstags mittags geöffnet ist. Ein Schild im Fenster des Gasthofes wies entsprechende Ãffnungszeiten aus. Daraufhin buchten wir für den Parkplatz ein Tagesticket. Nach unserem Rundweg stellten wir fest, dass der Gasthof geschlossen war. Ein Mann, der scheinbar der Besitzer war, meinte: "Lohnt sich nicht mehr mittags." - Das mag ja sein, aber das sollte man dann doch bitte im Internet und am Haus selber korrekt darstellen! So hätten wir uns das Tagesticket sparen können und hätten nicht mit leerem Magen unsere Rückreise aus dem Sauerland antreten müssen. Wir haben dann später noch ein Restaurant in einem kleinen Dorf gefunden, aber ärgerlich war's in dem Moment trotzdem!

la 10 ème et dernière fois! Ayant réservé et malgré un restaurant peu fréquenté ce soir de semaine, nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour être enfin servi, sauf bien sûr pour les boissons qu'on nous a proposées et servies prestement.Commande de "Mineralwasser", on nous sert du "Tafelwasser", mais au verre ! Sur la facture (assez conséquente pour la consommation de boissons, vu le temps d'attente nous nous sommes "consolés"....), on nous facture une bouteille de jus de pomme d'un litre que nous n'avons pas bu. Les 5 portions de pommes frites commandées ont été servis dans deux plats et n'étaient pas suffisants. On a demandé un peu de rab qui nous a été facturé en plus.Aucune explication et aucun geste de la maison pour compenser le temps d'attente.Plus jamais !

We had dinner here while we stayed in the Sauerland for a few days. My wife had a large portion of excellent Spargel (asparagus were in season), with a choice of accompaniments (a selection of hams in her case). Then they specially made a dessert for her with the last strawberries they had left, and which were not even on the menu.I had the pork loin medallions (Schweinelendchen) with Speckbohnen cooked just right, and the best home-made Spätzle north of the Schwarzwald. No dessert needed after eating all that :-)Nice draft beers, we particularly enjoyed the Grevensteiner and the Bayreuther Landbier.

Lesvos ist eine typische Pommes-Bude mit allem, was das Herz in einem Anfall von Hunger auf Fast-Food begehrt! Es schmeckt alles sehr gut, man wird schnell und freundlich bedient und nicht "abgearbeitet" wie in den grossen Fastfood-Ketten. Es sind auch einige wenige Sitzplätze vorhanden, aber Lesvos ist eher ein Abhol-Restaurant. Das Preis-Leistunge-Verhältnis stimmt ebenso.

Auf unserer Fahrradtour sind wir an dem schönen Biergarten vom Tagwerk vorbeigekommen. Das ist das Restaurant im Kolpinghaus. Man kann sehr schön im Garten sitzen unter Bäumen und groÃen Sonnenschirmen. Die Karte hat einige Schnitzel und Filetgerichte recht viel Fisch und Sauerländer Spezialitäten. Die Qualität war gut (die Nudeln könnten etwas mehr biss haben) Preise sind ok. Mittwochs ist Schnitzelbuffet von 18 -21 Uhr für 12,50. Für uns war es ok und schmackhaft.

From the outdoor terrace and also from within, one has a great view of the Sorpesee. We lunched there on a very hot day in August: two salads, one with melted goat cheese and one with fried chicken breast. If you take into account that the salads cost no more than 8 to 9 euros, one gets really an excellent value for money. And a glass of nice Chardonnay 0.2L for 5 euro is also quite attractive. For lunch, I can definitely recommend this restaurant

Also vorweg. Es war sehr lecker. Sowohl die Waffel auch auch die Torte. Der Kaffee war im altbackenen Kännchen serviert. Die Einrichtung wirkte eher Rustikal. Ich weià nicht ob es noch einen anderen Eingang gab aber der Zugang vom Cafe-Garten über die AuÃentreppe ist nur etwas für Menschen die keine Höhenangst haben und nicht gehandicapt sind. Im Detail sollte man vielleicht darauf achten, dass man die Waffel erst mit Puderzucker bestreut und dann das Besteck auf den Teller legt. In meinem Fall war es wohl anders, das Besteck war auch eingepudert. Ist nicht so angenehm.

Sauerland is known for its beautiful countryside and traditions, also when it comes to food and dining. Seegarten restaurant distinguishes itself by also 'serving' innovation. This manifests itself in several ways. The outdoor terrace is equipped with ramps surrounded by ponds with beautiful plants and interesting lighting - go there if possible on a warm summer night. From the terrace one has a view of the beautiful modern architecture of the new hotel section including floating pool. Once the guest is seated he can experience in the choices and the quality of the food traditional elements as well as proven techniques supplemented with innovation. Appetizers, breads, accompanying wines are of good quality: our main courses 'Dorade' and 'Deer in two ways' (both about ⬠30-35) are highly recommended. There are also cheaper main courses. Big salads are served for vegetarians. Professional staff.

I had 2 dinners in Willecke. I also stayed overnight. They have several rooms upstairs. I review here just the restaurant. Willecke is run by a couple and their 2 grown up sons. Food was simply great. Portions were large. First evening I had chicken breast with pasta and on 2nd evening I ate their superb meat rolls (this was one of the best foods I have eaten in Germany). I attach pictures enclosed. I drank the wheat beer called Maisel's. That was also very nice. They have also decent selection of strong Schnaps (forgot the names, but various plum based & some from cherry). Restaurant was very popular and quite lively. Service was fine. Some locals came here obviously to socialize. Atmosphere was good. To sum it up: Willecke is very good and pleasant restaurant. If I will be in this area again, I will have my dinner here.
