People would be in less of a hurry if there were more service stations like these: in buildings combining modern architecture with quality workmanship and designed with attention to detail for a dual purpose: as a delicatessen offering South Tyrolean spec
For a "mountain museum" or museum about mountains it is certainly substandard. You might keep the kids busy for 10 minutes until they loose interest. However - it is your last chance for having a decent coffee before you enter "no coffee zone" :-) Employees fare more busy mending their own business than interacting with customers. Not even a "please" or "thank you".... Autogrill might want, but not only here but rather in general, invest some money in customer relations training.

Really nice little hut, accessible only by ski touring OR by the restaurant-provided transport, which is a small pistenbully with a rope tow behind for skiers, or alternatively children can sit inside/ on the front. Prices very reasonable given they have you captive (!) and food of an excellent standard. We paid about 24 euros for a really filling lunch for two, with drinks included. Brilliant!

Food not too bad. Owners/managers, however, seem to think that 30 years in the industry gives them the right to be rude and arrogant to their guests. Clearly then, 30 years in the industry doesn't correlate to developing a sense of customer service. Never again. There's plenty of better places to choose from.

A big self-service restaurant with a big choice of meals including Tyrolean local kitchen easily accessible from the slope is a combination of advanatges.
Gerne wieder.

Came across this place on Christmas Day and stopped off for lunch. OMG! The food is divine and if you ask they will do gluten free. Can recommend the walnut soup and apple cake. Absolutely wonderful and the little shop down stairs is a find. They don't speak English though! So take your translated app if you don't read german/austrian.
