Things to do in Neckarsulm
We just had the Sea Bass as main course, but we were there for 2 hours. I have to say that the fish was delicious, but in my opinion the service was too slow. Correct, but slow. The fish, one beer and a glass of Riesling costed 30â¬, what seems a little bit expensive.

Guter lokaler Wein. Kleine Abstriche, da beim Essen z.T. auf Fertigprodukte (z.B. Dosenchampignons) zurückgegriffen wird. Hätte der Laden gar nicht nötig.

Friendly staff and a nice selection of food. Nice touch with the prison cell. Central location and easy to get to. Worth a visit if you're in neckarsulm.

Went here once again with the family. The food here is very good, the prices even better and the area has relaxing table outside.

We chose the Ratskeller based on reviews, and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly, intelligent, customer-focused and fun. The food was excellent (we had lovely starters, schnitzel and sauerbraten mains, sorbet and a lovely local wine). The restaurant is pretty- it was a hot night and sitting outside after 7 pm was perfect. We will definitely return the next time were in Heilbronn.
We came for aperitif at 6:30 and had to wait almost an hour for some of our snacks up to a point when they were finally served with the mains BUT only after several complaints. Food itself was good. Our steaks were decently cooked but unfortunately served lukewarm. (One could have heated the plates before serving.) Setting allright next to train station. Quiet little town.

It was a hot evening and we sat outside. Although the outdoor seating area is quite close to the road, it's not too noisy. We'd done a lot of cycling and the lads were hungry and thirsty. Time to tuck into to solid German food. I wasn't too hungry so chose Flammkuchen spezial from the "fuer den kleinen Hunger" section, not knowing what Flammkuchen was. When it arrived, it looked like a pizza without the tomato sauce layer and was huge. Very tasty and I ate most of it. One of the lads had Schweinhaxe mit Sauerkraut and the other had Schwabenpfaennle (pork medallions, Maultasche and Spaetzle with cream sauce). Real man food. They were delighted with themselves. The service was good - very attentive but not intrusive. Three decent meals, two pitchers of the dark beer, and a small Weizen came to â¬57.60. Very reasonable.

Es ist das Restaurant für Audi Geschäftsleute aber auch der Ãffentlichkeit zum Mittagessen zugänglich.
We were not planning on eating here. However our train was late and we had a production tour scheduled. So this was it. Prices are a little higher then I would like for lunch and it is the whole white tablecloth experience i can do without. However, we had the Asparagus special and it was fantastic! They are asparagus crazy in Germany right now and every place we went it was on the specials. We were really glad we tried it here. So yummy. They had an English menu and the wait staff understood some English. She poured our Coke into a wine glass which made us laugh. Bread and a small bite was included in the meal. Super glad we got forced to eat here because it became a highlight of our trip!

This is located immediately next to reception in Best Western Kastell hotel. The receipt shows Best Western. But it's independent. Cash or card. No charging to room. Friendly, efficient staff. Fairly obvious they'd rather be socialising with their friends, many of whom seem to be hanging around in Juls Bar, wandering in and out of the sliding door, presumably to smoke, drafty every time they open it. Lots of hugging and whooping and noise. Not sure if they work at the hotel or bar but it was all very familiar and to be honest I felt I was intruding by asking for a beer. The food was strange but it does say Steak in the title. Steak, steak, steak or steak or burger. No fish. No pizza. A veggie burger option. Steak well cooked. A bit rare for medium but good. Small salad and kraut. Decent food and not bad price for a hotel. But then, it's not part of the hotel. Or is it. It's a bar, and restaurant. There's a cat. It's in behind the bar. It's in between the tables. Don't say aaah, a cute cat. I'm indifferent to cats but I don't want one under my chair and wandering behind the bar. It's not hygienic. Pic attached. Would put me off staying at this hotel.
