Find out what Georgian restaurants to try in Kiev. Having survived the Mongol Empire, WWII, Chernobyl, and Soviet rule, Kiev is the proud capital of the Ukraine. Filled with theaters, museums, religious sites, modern buildings and ancient ruins, the city of Kiev is the center of Ukrainian culture. The Monastery of the Caves, founded in 1015, and Saint Sophia Cathedral, founded in 1037, are both World Heritage Sites. The Museum of the Great Patriotic War, topped by the massive Motherland Statue, provides gorgeous views of the city below.

Large georgian cafe for the whole family.
Really nice place with Georgian cuisine. Apart from various meat options, there are also meat free meals. There are different happy hours during the workdays. The staff is polite, the food is tasty, the wifi is fast. Here I felt I am at home and I am cared about.

Very good restaurant, that had evolved into a chain, offering all classic Georgian dishes. I think they must have lost on Gogi's cuisine with the commercialization. Still dolma was fantastic, hinkaly was good in Tbilisi way, not that much with salugini. Best if all was Gogi's cake, real jewel. Waiting staff was kind enough to tell me how to eat hinkali, but hatdly after seeing I am not following the pattern in difference to Chachapuri. Pricewise cheaper than Chachapuri, but I would say for a reason. Recommend visiting

In Telavi, capital of Kakheti, the day begins with the aroma of fresh bakery and ends with the wine. Here people appreciate the openness and faithful, and in the wine - grit. Actually, the last is important not only for wine... My experience, my way, my r
This was our favourite Kiev restaurant with good food, good drink and a nice atmosphere. We went for a mix of Ukrainian and Georgian options (the kachapuri bread was superb) and didnât regret it. Just a couple of minutes walk from Maidan Square and good value too.

"A Georgian without a guest is not a Georgian!" this is what considered in a hospitable Khinkali dukhan (tavern). Local customs will impress you with their generosity, extent and amiability, and our temperamental many-sided cuisine "with specific focus" i
The restaurant is very charming and has a great atmosphere. The decorations are fantastic and it is very cosy inside. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was phenomenal. It was very different to anything I've had before which was great as I love to try something new, and so full or flavour. The meat was so tender, especially the veal cheeks. My partner thought they were delicious and would be perfect for a cold night as they were so warming and tasty. The bread was served warm which I particularly like. To access the inside dining there is a flight of stairs which is not disabled friendly, however, there is two tables outside on the street. Thanks for your review! Sincerely happy that you found time and shared your impressions and left recommendations for other guests.

Itâs been ten years since we started sharing our best values of Caucasian hospitality, authentic taste and warm atmosphere. The taste is everything, and we have two head chefs working to its perfection day-to-day, Tristan Arabuli and Gurgen Sarafyan. Both
We went here for an evening meal and were very disappointed. The Kachapurri was very greasy, a cross between a Ginsters pasty and a Greggs steak slice. My colleague had the chicken shashlik but the chicken was so gristly that it was inedible. Others had meals that ranged from passable to good, but my experience was poor and I would not visit again.Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that this visit to our restaurant did not meet your expectations. However, we will be happy to see you again and we will do our best to change your first impression.

Shoti is a modern Georgian restaurant. Our Chef Aleksandre Baindurashvili cooks authentic Georgian food, boldly and delicately playing with some recipes on his own way. Beautifully pared with Georgian wine from our unique collection the food is worth enjo

I went in and waited for service for a long time. 3 different servers didnât understand me. Unfortunately I donât speak the Ukrainian language. After that I think they gave up because nobody else came to me. The food looked great.

"If you want to understand the human, sit down at the same table" always said in my big Georgian family. We love Georgian traditional cuisine, wine and laugh. Thatâs why I, Manana, linked my live with delicious food. So come to my kitchen and will divide
This evidently popular Georgian restaurant is located across the square from where I was staying at the Ibis Central Railway Station Hotel. I decided to eat here one evening on the strength of the positive reviews on TripAdvisor. I was not disappointed. The waiting staff were attentive and helpful. Being unfamiliar with Georgian cuisine, I was a little overwhelmed by the choices on the menu so the young waiter kindly (and patiently) guided me through it and recommended some dishes I could try. He spoke good English and I was very happy with his suggestions. It's a modern, comfortable and clean restaurant with a good atmosphere. Prices were pretty reasonable and they accept credit cards (note that you get separate bills for the food and alcoholic drinks).

We enjoyed a fantastic three-course meal here at Mama Manana for exceptionally good value, with amazing table service and, most importantly, terrifically tasty food. Our mains were truly aromatic and flavoursome, freshly prepared and nothing was left unfinished. We can not recommend this restaurant enough!
