My husband and I rented two scooters from them for two weeks . Very easy to book online . Response time is excellent. They delivered the bikes directly to our hotel in Ubud the exact time we asked . Sent message before delivery that they were on the way . Bikes were fairly new and in very good condition. Helmets were also clean and in very good condition. Delivery guys were professional and personable . We had to change our pick up time and location and got immediate response from office - no problem . Pick up was also on time . Price was a little higher than some but they give a discount for multiple days , equipment is excellent , insurance is included and great online communication. Well worth the price . Overall a very pleasant experience .
