We rented bikes and beach chairs for our week in Palmetto Dunes. Both the bikes and chairs were waiting on us at our condo complex when we arrived. Bikes were labeled with our last name and very easy to find. The bikes were in fantastic condition, looked new for the summer season. Chairs were also like-new, very comfortable, and easy to carry. When we left, bikes and chairs were picked up before we had the car packed. Could not have been an easier experience.

I wanted to rent two electric bikes for my 5-day stay in Hilton Head during the first week of March, 2021. I had very specific bike feature requirements and I’m uncompromising in my demands when it comes to spending my money wisely. I spoke with ALL of the electric bike rentals on Hilton Head and in nearby Bluffton to find the absolute best bike rental for my needs. I wanted an electric bike with a 500 Watt motor, wider tires for off-road ability, throttle control and not just pedal assist and, for greater stopping power and ease of use, I wanted hydraulic disk brakes rather than mechanical disk brakes, a low step-through design for easier accessibility for old hips and bad knees and well maintained bikes for reliability. Brad, owner of U-ZIP Electric Bicycles, was the only one that I spoke to who could fulfill ALL of my requirements and he did it at a BETTER price!!! Not only are his bikes superior, but also his service and flexibility is superior. His willingness and ability to go the extra mile for his clients shines through! All day power riding, pedaling and zipping from one end of the island to the other and we still couldn’t deplete the batteries! Thank you, Brad!

Cross Island Cruisers was a great bike rental experience and I highly recommend them! Bikes were in excellent condition and were delivered promptly. Customer service was very polite and courteous. We had a minor issue while out on a ride and they sent someone to address the issue immediately. They support their customers and deliver what they promise!

Overall good experience. The bicycle is conveniently delivered / picked up, received text message with delivery information (lock code and location of bicycle) the bike was in great working condition, and had a comfortable seat. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
