Jack's Cat Cafe is Central Vietnam's first cat cafe and homes over 50 rescue cats. You can enjoy coffee, tea, juices and vegetarian food in a beautiful garden setting with all the kitties.
This place is more of a kitty sanctuary than a cat cafe. And this is meant in very good way. The volunteers are extremely welcoming and kind. The cats are very sweet. When we went there were around 50+ cats roaming the open court yard. My kids (15, 12, and 10) absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this to animal lovers who are looking to just relax from the usual touristy activities in Hoi An. I would suggest that if you bring young children, make sure they are understanding how to act with the cats as some of them may be nervous.

You can't miss this park, it is directly opposite Hoan Kiem Lake. It has a large memorial statue of King Ly Thai To. It is always crowded with locals, families predominately out enjoying down time and play time with their children. Locals also use it in the mornings and evenings to gather for group exercise. It is worth a visit to in the morning and at night, two opposing times of day when the parks use is different and equally as entertaining.

Beautiful landscape with primary forest, waterfall, natural swimming pool. Very exciting for visitors who like trekking in the forest. Beside that Phong Nha Botanic Garden is also provide other services such as: food and drinks, accommodations, tents, camping.
The botanic garden is an amazing jungle area with some partially paved walking paths. Not for those who have trouble walking, obviously. We went for the 3 hour route and spent about 2 hours completing it, enjoying the water well, amaaaazing view point and stunning waterfall as reward for our hard work. Hardly met other visitors so it felt like our own private, safe hiking tour. Entrance is cheap and afterwards enjoyed a nice lunch at the adjourning restaurant. If weather predictions are over 30, it might be an idea to go in the morning if you want to walk the "3 hour" path. Also maybe wear long paths and long sleeved shirt because there is a lot overgrown.
