Went with my grandmother this week. The place is very pretty and looks well maintained. Plenty of benches to sit down, too.

If you are the type of person who enjoys nature, then this place is definitely worth visiting. Designed by famous architect Max Fabiani as part of Villa Ferrari offers a beautiful area to relax, enjoy and also maybe read a book ;)

Fidov gaj (Fida's grove)

Garden of medical plants that lies on ideal forest clearing is based on the book »Zdravje bolnikov« (Health of patients) from 1866, written by local healer and scholar Vid Strgar – Fida. »Fidova zijalka« cave is a part of Fida's grove and was his shelter and his home for nine years.
