Reviews on Fusion food in Dubrovnik, Dalmatia, Croatia. Dubrovnik has recovered from the war damage it suffered during the 1990s, and visitors have returned to this tranquil city. Nestled between the Adriatic and the Dinaric Alps, it’s an accessible and affordable city break for many European travelers. The pedestrian-only Old Town is especially charming.

To find a restaurant with good, authentic japanese food in the sea of local restaurants in the town of Dubrovnik, the pearl of Adriatic is not easy. We were recommended this one by our guide Maja Bedek in hope the myth of scarcity of respectful japanese will be turned. As relatively knowledgeable and experienced conosseurs of japanese food we arrived into pleasently decorated restaurant and were met with adequate dishes depicting typical good quality japanese cuisine. A pleasant experience with a few things that can be improved: Sake oferred was far too sweet and the service by local staff lacked a bit of âje ne sais quoiâ.Worth visiting.

Mediterranean cuisine with an Asian twist. Located in a quiet lane on the edge of the very busy Dubrovnik old town, Azur serves up delicious, fresh, high quality foods at affordable prices. Every dish is created using only the freshest, finest ingredients
Asian inspired cuisine.Being Asian myself it was average in terms of food.We had:Pork belly tacos - 2 pieces, a little salty but niceGarlic chilli prawns - 6-8 prawnsLaksa noodle curry - adequate amount of seafood but not much noodles, possibly better served with rice instead.is Crispy chicken katsu with Sriracha mayo - chicken is very thin and not substantial at all. Underwhelming as a main.Expensive for what it is.

Peppers is all about having a great meal in good company. No strict rules here; share a few small plates and a couple of desserts or do the traditional starter-main run. Or just have cake.
Visited after recommendation and didnât disappoint. Not overly hungry so sensibly chose just main courses, chicken Asian stir fry and prawn linguine. Both were large portions and delicious sauces.Had enough room to share the white chocolate tiramisu. Delicious. Fair price for quality of food compared with other local restaurants. The starters looked huge and we will return to try!Staff friendly

Creative Dalmatian/Mediterranean Cuisine in an elegant setting. We offer fresh sea food (line caught bluefin tuna when available), homemade pasta and great steaks from our charcoal grill set in our open kitchen. Only 3 restuarants in the area are certifie
We were arranged sitting outdoor on the street. But the weather is good, not too busy on that street. So the environment is good. Delicious local food and with big portion. Good service and helpful staff. Not too many tourists. Since its not in old town, therefore price is reasonable.

Only a handful of restaurants in the world can say they are a part of history. Bistro Revelin is positioned somewhere in the middle air of Dubrovnik's Old Town port and Dubrovnik's most renowned fortress after which it was named- Revelin fortress. Embrace
Just outside the old town right by the entrance, great for shade or sun, overlooking the harbour and walls. Nice place, simple food, wraps, burgers and some local dishes too. Not bad and reasonable re price. Local beer is a bit weak, suggest you go for imported. Good service. Dear guest, thank you so much for your visit. We are so happy to hear that you had a great time in Bistro Revelin. Thank you for your kind words and warm recommendation, sorry for the beer tho, next time we will recommend something stronger.Kind regards and best of luck

Hi. This is Dingdong Restaurant. We are Asian & Korean fusion restaurant. We have Korean style chickens, noodles, rice. Also we have food for vegetarian. Thank you and see you around!
We went here for lunch based on other reviews. Very easy to find when using Google Maps.Main waiter / owner (?) was very friendly and helpful. We both had Bibimbap- one vegan and one with beef.Super tasty , was great to have something that also felt healthy to eat!The only downside was that the stock was made with fish so I couldnât have the curry I hoped for but I was still pleased with my dish.We tried a cinnamon punch and rice punch-both traditional Korean drinks and really good.Just over 40⬠for two mains and two drinks. Not cheap but a nice change and seems to be similar prices to other places around.

Best Of What's Around! Restaurant operates from April until October We look forward to hear from you! Kindest regards BOWA Team
My husband and I made a reservation for a private cabana and tasting menu experience when planning our anniversary holiday in Croatia. We had one day available in our itinerary to experience BOWA while on Sipan island, and when the day of our reservation arrived, the weather forecast was not ideal. The amazing staff at BOWA accommodated our reservation regardless of the forecasted rain and wind, even though all of their other reservations were moved to another day. We chose to take the rugged path from Sudurad, and that was an experience in and of itself; winding through nature with stone walls and heavy brush flanking your sides, and then all of a sudden the path drops you right into the heart of the BOWA experience. Due to the forecast we were the only two people present aside from the staff, and we felt like the luckiest two people in the world that day because it never even rained. The chef selected tasting menu was a culinary delight and each course was a complete surprise. Ivan, our server, was superb. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the local sources of our menu and recommended a fantastic bottle of wine to accompany it. Our BOWA experience exceeded all expectations, and has been a highlight of our holiday in Croatia.
