We went in April 2019, and accidentally and coincidentally matched the timing with the last horse race and the dummy horse race..(don't remember exactly what was it called). My kids loved to see the horses with jockeys. We all had fun to see the live race on the lush green lawns. The excitement in this place was contiguous and we cheered for the winner. Had a great time. I gathered that the race starts in Oct-Nov and ended around mid April. There is a section open for general public for morning and evening walks too.

We stayed recently at the Taj Westend, Bengaluru and the stay was one of the best experiences in these hard times of Covid all around. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff members are extremely courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to make the stay pleasant. We were particularly impressed with the staff members of the Machan Restaurant where we dined during our stay in this property. We would particularly like to mention S/Shri T. VENKATESH, R. MOHAN, GIRI, PRAKASH BABU, RAVI KANTH, KARTHICK M, BIPLAB AND NEHA. They go out of their way to make the stay pleasant. The Hotel is located in pristinely beautiful precincts and is verdantly delightlful. It makes for a great stay, particularly for families. We had a delightful time here and we look forward to coming here more often. We wish the management and the staff members all the best in their future endeavours. DR. MOHAN DOSHI
