The Adventure Playground is near the shore of Lake Wendouree, adjoining the Botanic Gardens. It is suitable for older children and will keep them entertained for an hour or so.

Great and challenging first time escapade room - the host was great with the kids and a good sport. Made us work as a team and think outside the square. if you are looking for something educational and fun, this is the ticket.

The Regent is an older style picture theatre which has been converted into a multiplex with nine cinemas. The seats are comfortable, but it pays to splash out for Gold Class treatment if you can afford it. The Regal is in Lydiard Street, the historic cultural centre of Ballarat. As it would soon be Seniors' Week, the Regal had a very good selection of new-release movies which appeal to a mature demographic. Had we stayed longer, we would have joined the loyalty scheme, which is a very good deal.

Thoroughly enjoyed the mini golf course and my children had lots of fun. There’s also a small arcade if you prefer to stay inside or need a toilet break. Toilets were very clean which is a bonus as it’s hard to find clean toilets these days. While I didn’t stay for lunch there were families happily enjoying a bite to eat. My children loved racing the remote control boats on the water and staff were very friendly. Prices were reasonable and parking was free.

The heated pool is the best!! For all ages and kids can slide down the slide all having fun together, the playground near the changing rooms is perfect for the kids to keep warm while drying in the sun and to have fun in. Right near a beautiful park and has very nice grass, also has very nice shade. I love coming back during summer!!
