Great spot after getting lost in St-Rémy-sur-Provence. I had the generous portion of Foie Gras poêlé en entrée and the Magret de Canard with patates dauphinoises. Peach Parfait for desert yum. The trifecta for only 26â¬. My daughter had the entrecôte steak which was good for 21⬠and my wife had the Surf and Surf (Salmon and Prawns) which was just average. My son had the Cheeseburger was was also average. The many draft beers were cold and cheap at 3.50⬠the half pint and 7⬠the pint. The Luberon Reds at 20⬠were also great value. Laurent

Welcome, we offer you a simple concept. Put meat in the center of your attentions and your plates, in a warm atmosphere.
We were delighted to find this excellent new steak restaurant in Saint Rémy. A real gem run by three local guys.We started with foie gras and caesar salad, with two glasses of reasonably priced champagne and wine. A good start. Then we ordered fillet steak with pepper sauce with a side of roasted vegetables. The steak was succulent and lean, the pepper sauce creamy and pungently peppery. The roasted vegetables gratinés and full of flavour. We met some new people at the next table, this place has a fun convivial ambiance. We will be back!Merci pour votre commentaire,Bien cordialement,La Maison du Boeuf

well, they recommended this place at the reception of camping Pegomas, and we didn't make a reservation, but got seated outside nevertheless. Since we never know what portion sizes restaurants serve, we took the starter and the main dish, and some rosé and water to go with it. The staff is extremely kind, the food is very good, and prices are normal (for France). It was so good, that we decided to go for the tarte aux abricots. Believe me, my wife loves sweets, and found this the best (and most original) one she ever tasted, and I agree. Oh yes, the wine is from the chateau that has a shop across the road

Still very warm in late September so eating outdoors was a treat. My quiche was tasty and light. OH had lasagne, all home made with very fresh salad. Service friendly, generally good but apologetic when we needed to chase up our order when diners who'd arrived later were served before us.

The Auberge offers guests authentic and refined cuisine all year round. Guests will appreciate the warm, friendly atmosphere found in the attractive dining room. This room, whose old-world charm has been carefully preserved, will win over guests with its
We dined early on the Menu Printemps earlier this week. Each course was a symphony of flavour and the presentation was impeccable. A selection of amuse-bouches based on local specialities was followed by a clear gelée of tomato, followed by a selection of spring vegetables with the âseafoodiestâ broth. This was succeeded by fish with a beetroot quinoa and finally local strawberries with poached rhubarb, strawberry sorbet and meringues. Coffee and petit fours, a red fruit financier and a ginger and lime-filled mini choux finished off what was an utterly sublime meal, priced at â¬55 a head before wine. Incredible value and who knew that poppy petals were edible? We will definitely eat here again. Lovely, attentive staff. This restaurant definitely deserves itsâ etoile Michelin. Highly recommended Hello Madam,Thank you for your compliments ! We are happy that you have a good time in our establishment.Fanny Rey & Jonathan Wahid.

We enjoyed some really delicious crepes, great variety of sweet and savory. One thing to note - they do not serve wine or beer, but itâs a £7 corkage fee if you want to bring your own! Thereâs a great little wine store next door.

The food and service was excellant The limited menu may be a problem for some. We asked for a substitute for the cheese plate and were told no substitutes. After insisting, we received a delicious fruit plate. bonjourthank you for reviewing our restaurant la table d'yvanFor the information of the readers, la table d'yvan suggests a five course menu which is different every eveningthis menu is either communicated to the guests when making the booking or send by message via telephone the day of the reservation, with possibility of modication due to allergies or intoleranceâ¦.converning the cheese, this was a " non expected question"cheese is part of the french culture and proposed after main course and before dessert, if someone dont like ii, just escape , as we have normally no subsistute â¦..as there is no sustitute for a cheese excpet another cheeseâ¦We are happy to learn the the guest was happy with some fruits before dessert

This restaurant has a Michelin star. That alone was reason to try it. The star is well-deserved and I would not be surprised if a second was awarded in the future. The chef takes full advantage of the local produce, meats, and fish. This is Provence. The tomatoes explode in your mouth with an intensity found nowhere else. The herbs are simple, yet amazing. The lamb was sous vide to perfection. The chef has an uncanny knack to mix the flavors with different combinations so that one reinforces the other. The hotel manager was our server and while he may or may not be a sommelier, he has a sommelier's knowledge and ability to ask a few questions and perfectly match the wine to the dish, given an individual's palate and preferences.I thought the first course was one of the best I've eaten, only to have it topped by the next and the next and the next. This is experiential dining with flavors, combinations, aromas, and exceptional service. If you get a chance to dine at de Tourrel, take it. Advance registration (i.e., days in advance) is required and it is not cheap. However, it is a dining event you will remember. We thought the food was better than KOKS in Torshavn in the Faroe Islands (which has two Michelin stars).

At Le Diapason restaurant in Avignon, Chef Robin Mayen and all our team at our establishment are at your heart to offer you a Gastronomic and Gourmet Cuisine imbued with the flavors of our beautiful Terroir Avignon which offers varied products and a rare
Each plate was a small work of art, and the portions were large. I was very glad that we only ordered the 5-course menu, rather than 8. As wonderful as each bite was, eight courses would have been much too much for us, and it would have been a shame to leave any of them uneaten. The prices, both food and wine, are very reasonable, for food and service of this quality. Service was impeccable and efficient. My only complaint is that the temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm. I know this was because we Americans love our air conditioning. The other diners all seemed comfortable, so I won't hold the restaurant accountable for that. I'm sure the temperature was fine, in accordance with local standards. Our waiter was working diligently, and seemed cool and dry the entire time. So, in spite of my own personal preference for a cooler room, I give them an excellent rating.
