Having traveled across France weekly since 1996 I came across this gem whilst out walking from the village 2 km away.. I popped in for a coffee and was teen back by the friendly staff.I returned that evening..This meal was superb and everything the taste buds required.. everything was cooked to perfection and the advice from the staff as what to accompany my each dish was again of the highest customer level. I had the house vin rouge and this was by no means a lesser option. Full of flavour and delight. This is worth a drive to visit and I hope to return before Christmas and sample this lovely restaurant again. I cannot praise this enough and one of my favourite places in 20 years of visiting France regularly. Superb. Magnific. Excellence. 10 out of 10

I had lunch here with friends. I ate chicken in a cream sauce that was served with cauliflower soup as a starter and cheeses for desert. The service was friendly and efficient. They were even willing to tolerate my ignorance of French. The decor is modern and fresh. I would definitely dine here again.

We took a punt, leaving the motorway and hoping to find somewhere better than an aire. Did we luck out! We parked easily in the little square and Madame welcomed us warmly inside. We could have ordered from the main menu but chose the plat du jour because that way we tend to try things we wouldnât normally order. It was very tasty and good value, all served with a warm hospitality. A great find!

Just back from a wonderful lunch in Coligny. Professional and high-class service, delicious food, wonderfully-well presented, wide choice of wines, all for a very reasonable price. Very pleasant courtyard. Highly recommended!

If you enjoy the 20th century French food, the one invented by Bocuse and others, stop here. Each time I cross the region by car, with my wife, friends or children, I have a great meal in the charming room of this restaurant. The service is perfect and I advise to come for lunch to eat in a very calm atmosphere. In the evening, it is advised to book your table because it is often full. If you never came before, have a look at the very old menus shown on the walls, they are really impressive and if is difficult to believe that people had such meals many years ago.I will return there, for sure. Probably for the Riz de Veau!

Tucked away in a tiny village this pretty little restaurant is welcoming and has great service and food. We went with a friend who lives locally otherwise we would never have found it. Charming and attentive service at lunchtime and we enjoyed every course. I had the local fish which was lovely and my friends had chicken and the lobster which were both excellent. Good vegetables and very nice desserts.

Historically Brasserie, typically French. Dishes completely cooked by a young leader around the French traditional dishes (Tête de Veau, Choucroute, fishes). Historic frame and warm place
Had lunch there last month on 2 occasions. The Café Français with high ceiling is a typical French Brasserie Restaurant. We ordered the luncheon set menu every time and the food is very good. Service was courteous and efficient. The only downfall is that Wifi was rather erratic but will return when in Saint Amour.
