Charming place serving good crêpes, but waiting times are really long. The place was less than half full, but we had to wait over 30 minutes to be served. I wonder what the waiting time would be during peak hour ? Particularly frustrating is the fact that other tables who have placed their order later, get served earlier.

A delicious meal in a slightly old-fashioned but charming setting with wonderful views of the sunset. Our whole party enjoyed their meals immensely - in particular, the turbot (the catch of the day) was outstanding and perfectly cooked. Also the scallops were divine! Contrary to other reviewers, I do think that the prices reflect the excellent quality of the food served and are not high compared to other establishments in the area.Very good service from charming staff - nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended all round.

This modern restaurant serves delicious local ingredients and food looks beautiful. We had the 5 courses menu including 2 courses of sea food (langoustine and homard), fresh fish (turbo), a delicious pre-desert made from buckwheat (including ice cream) and tasty desert with fraises de Plogastel. they do their own bread and five different types were served. Interesting choice of wines and ciders, including Cidre de chataigne. The plateau de fromages is impressive for the area where cheese is not so popular. View on la baie de Douarnenez is splendid on sunny days!

This country inn restaurant is just off the main square of Locronan but is right on target with scrumptious meals. We started with an exquisite salad of cheese en croute with crisped prosciutto, strawberries, apples and grapes. For main courses, we had two excellent fish dishes (cod and the other was salmon) with potatoes, green beans, carrots, and peas with a butter and lemon sauce. Both courses were accompanied by a very pleasant dry white wine (Muscadet). For dessert we had a magnificent lemon curd tart and a delectable chestnut mouse with chocolate sauce over baked pear. The service was prompt, very hospitable and nicely tolerant of our broken French. We would definitely go back in the future. Note: in Brittany, it seems to be the rule that there is only one sitting so the table is yours for the night.

On arriving at this creperie we were left at the entrance for 5 minutes waiting. Despite having a reservation we were only offered a mini table for 2 or to wait! Our host was not at all hospitable and the restaurant was hot and stuffy.Considering all these alarm bells we decided to eat elsewhere.Comment pouvez-vous dire que ma crêperie est horrible. Vous n'y avez même pas mangé !!!

My wife and I called in for lunch after strolling round the stunning village. The dining area is charming, rustic and cosy, and service was prompt and friendly. We had the 'full Breton', i.e. savoury galettes and sweet crèpes, washed down with farmhouse cider served in rustic bolées. All was tasty and freshly prepared. Recommended without hesitation.

For our first evening in Finistere we took our host's recommendation and tried the Comptoir des Voyageurs and were pleased with the result. Good to excellent food, OK service, overall very nice. The village is a must-see during the day, though then somewhat crowded with tourists. In a Sunday evening, when other local restaurants are closed, and the town is mostly empty, it's a magically peaceful location for a short stroll before or after dinner.

Turning people away, long wait for service, and so/so service. They were only sitting people outside due to lack of staff. Maybe on another day with more staff it could have been better. We just ordered crepes which took awhile to come out and looked like they were hastily put together.

This creperie in beautiful Locronan has the best French crepes you can ever eat eat. You can also drink the original kerne (cidre) in its special cups in this creperie. The owners were so helpful and kind. They even accept my request and showed me how they prepare their delicious crepes.

Came here last week and were slightly disappointed this time.Although the team did adapt extremely well to my wifes vegetarianism and the fact that she couldn't have anything non-pasteurised the food that I had was pretty bland. The steak to be fair was plentiful but extremely fatty (to be expected for an Entrecôte) but it really did put me off. The chocolate desert was lovely and my other half was a bit saddened that the tarte au pomme was not slightly warmed before service. We will be back in the future but not straight away.Hello Sir,I am really disappointed to learn by reading your comment that this time we have not managed to meet all your expectations ... We select Charolais beef from Brittany because its known for its high quality, unfortunately it's true that steak can be slightly fat and it is for this reason that we serve a generous portion. I'm really sorry I did not manage to meet all your expectations this time, especially because we had a high quality duck supreme. For apple pie, again I'm sorry, this is a choice of the team to serve a dessert a little lighter and refreshing.I hope the next time we will do better.See you soon
