We didn't understand a thing on the menu as it was all in French, but the selections we made were amazing and the desserts were more amazing. This is a MUST when visiting Le Vesinet.

We had a lovely lunch amongst friends. The menu was great and priced right. They ran out of a dish but thought quickly on their feet and offered us an alternative which was really well prepared. Will be back!Thank you for your nice comment. We allways have an alternative to offer. We'lle be happy to see you again,Les enfants...

A new refurbished and rebuilted restaurant with contemporain style. Great garden to have a drink or smoke a cigarette with a coffee. The service is nice and the young waiters know about wines (they also have an impressive list of good wines). Food are good, but due to the recent opening (3 months) the staff is not complete yet, the food presentation are not that nice and some meals have to be prepared & presented differently. We await a certain standard of services when arriving in this place. I'll go again as it's a place which needs to be known, the ambiance is great and I'm sure it'll be the place to know in a few months when all staff will be there and the cruise rythm will be running. Special note for the hard job done with the decoration, the beautiful Christofle lights on the tables, wine carafes etc... and the cooking of fresh food. Good tip: they have a valet parking which is really appreciated in this little street. I recommend.

A perfect evening, with truly great food, a very warm wecome and impeccable service. Every facet of the meal was of the highest quality, from the delicious ingredients to the sophisticated combination of flavors to the beautiful presentation, including 1/2 bottle of wine per person that perfectly complemented the food. Every mouthful of all three courses was memorable. This wonderful restaurant is worth a special trip.

Located on a quaint little side street in 'downtown' Bougival, this restaurant is a delight. The service is kind and attentive, and the food is original and tasty. The little amuse-bouche they served (a savory cookie with an avocado cream & écrivisse) was a pleasure. The lunch menu (entree+plat+dessert) at 19,90⬠is a real deal, given the quality of the food. I had the oeuf mollet with asparagus & I would have preferred the egg to be runny, but to each his own. Everyone at our table had the cod which was perfectly cooked and the accompanying vegetables were exceptional. I had the riz au lait for dessert which was ok, but a little heavy because I had already eaten so much, and so well. I will definitely be back!

We were staying in the Holiday Inn and this is just a five minute walk from there. We arrived just as they were opening (7:00) and were offered the 'last table', which we thought was quite funny there was no one else in there. We started with a glass of Kir, which came with croutons and tapenade. Being as we were in France we had to have escargot, this was a real surprise (yes we've had escargot many times before) they were beautifully served in a light tempura batter, absolutely delicious, and if you're a bit squeamish about escargot this would be a great way to try them. I had sea bream for my main this was served with a pasteisse sauce which worked well. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her moules. To finish we had some local cheese. All washed down with a bottle of Cote du Rhone. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak good English! By the time we were leaving the restaurant was full and buzzing with locals queuing for tables. Definitely worth booking for a Friday or Saturday night. Our meal came to â¬68.30, which we thought was good value.
