Fresh food simply prepared and perfectly cooked. Portions pleasingly large. Friendly people; colourful, relaxing decor. Menu short but very well put together so something for everyone whether just coffee and 'macarons' or superb garlic-crusted steak. Small delicatessen and wine-cave attached.Note: toilets downstairs and part of the eating area is up a step.

Highly recommended for good service, excellent food and atmosphere. Vegetarians catered for, and gluten-free was understood and catered for too. My husband declared the ravioli salad and his steak to be great, my fish stew was tasty. Worth ahead booking to get a table, they were full when we ate on a Tuesday evening.

Visited last night with friends on the advice of a local host. We left very full after an excellent meal and great friendly service. The food seemed locally sourced and the quality was really very good. The Carpaccio was excellent as was the nougat ice cream. If I could suggest any feedback it would be to try and create a little more atmosphere, perhaps a little light background music or maybe some candles (votives?) but to say that detracted from our meal would be churlish, it really was very good and great value for money and lovely portions. We will be sure to return!

We had a really delicious meal here. The service was great and the place totally accessible for wheelchairs. My only slight criticism would be that it was a little pricey and that there wasn't a huge choice but what we had was lovely. We particularly loved the aperitif called Clairette de Die. We would certainly go back there if we found ourselves this way again.

Visited again recently, the food as usual was excellent, the service warm and friendly if a little slow. No doubt this was an indication that everything was cooked fresh to order. A medaeival castle set on a hillside, who needs to rush? I recommend booking to ensure a table.

Elegant French Cuisine. One of the nicest scenic terrace of Drome in Provence. Free parking lots inside the property. Restaurant closed each year from November until the end of March. Closed on Mondays and Tuesday during mid season.
A nice restaurant offering a well mastered cuisine. No luxury products but rather nicely presented classicals with small touches of originality. Service is friendly and rather efficient although not fully professional but this is largely compensated by the beautiful setting of the terrace and garden.
