Had a wonderful lunch in Dinard at this place. They open early, the service is quick and the crepes are excellent. We had buckwheat crepes and crepes de froment (sweet) and both were delicious. (I owned 2 creperies, so I know). This was recommended by a local, and we will definitely return when in Dinard.

We ate here last night, the hospitality was great and friendly owner spoke fluent English unlike our poor French. The presentation of food was fantastic and the arrangement of vegetables was excellent. It was very grown up food and my 9 year old son was not as impressed! We chose just mains as I wasnât too sure about having 3 courses but then chose desert too. Adding wine and water onto the bill it quickly grew to 120 Euro which seemed a lot, hence why only good and not excellent.Dear sir,Thank you for your comment. We are glad you enjoyed your evening. We have a 25 euros menu and a 12 euros children menu. 1 glass of wine at 4â¬, water a 5. Total for 3 = 75â¬. With a bottle of wine at 22⬠= 90â¬So yes if you go A la carte and choose expensive choices, as John Dory fish or Whole grilled sea bream, it could be more.Do not hesitate next time to try our 3 courses menus. Best regards

This wonderful seafood restaurant has changed its name - it is now called Les Marins. It is not a tourist restaurant and is situated at 12 Avenue George V.It was full and I am glad we booked. Everyone eating there was French! The service was relaxed and efficient and the restaurant has a wonderful ambiance with lit candles and low lighting. Totally relaxing.I ordered cabaillaude. It tasted delicious ( they will give you a menu in English if you ask). We had a bottle if Picpoul De Pinet and shared a strawberry soup for dessert which was also delicious.)When I return to Dinard I will definitely book there again. 2 course Meal for two with a bottle of wine came to â¬61 and every euro was well spent. Not suitable for people who want to be seen dining from the street tucking into the contents of a rock pool whilst gazing at the sea! Plenty of those restaurants around near the beach.

At our restaurant "Pourquoi Pas" Chef Julien Hennote offers a wide selection of seafood. The restaurant 28 couverts was housed in a large room that opened on Prieuré Bay, where commander Charcot himself paced, dreaming of his future expeditions on his "Po
I visited this hotel restaurant last year to a wonderful Sunday Lunch. My review at the time highly recommended this venue. Being in Dinard again recently I decided to visit the restaurant again. I thought my friend would similarly be impressed. However, we both were disappointed. We hadn't booked but tried our luck for a spare table, only to be told the restaurant was fully booked. I was always told never to take no for an answer so we asked at the hotel restaurant and was told a table could be found. Marvellous, so we have pre-luncheon drink yet seemed to be ignored. No one came with a menu. Eventually we got a table, initially outside but moved inside. The wait was far too long. The restaurant did not appear to be unduly busy. The lunch menu choice was not extensive especially the more expensive part. Unlike the Sunday Lunch it wasn't creative either. My main fish dish was simple and spartan and certainly not worth what I paid for it. My friend was not impressed. We decided against a dessert or coffee. I have to say rather disappointed. For an establishment of such high quality something more imaginative might have been on offer. I still recommend this place, especially in Summer, and will visit it again, albeit with a critical eye.Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about the Pourquoi Pas Restaurant. We are very sorry you didnât enjoy your experience in our Pourquoi Pas restaurant. Unfortunately when you arrived, our restaurant was fully booked. Nevertheless, while your pre-luncheon drinks in the Salon Charcot, the Pourquoi Pas team added a table for you and your friend on the terrace so that you could enjoy the beautiful view. The reason why the menu was not proposed at this moment was simply not to rush you to order. We apologise not understanding you need. The chef proposes a new menu every three weeks to offer the best selection of seasonal and local products which explains perhaps your feeling about the short menu. Please note that we have taken into account your comments, which have been forwarded to our team. We hope to welcome you again for your next trip to Dinard and kindly advise you to book in advance your table at the Pourquoi Pas restaurant.Best RegardsAntoine Perrin, Pourquoi Pas Manager

We went there with a couple of friends and enjoyed. The food is french traditionnal, made with only fresh products as it seems. It is tasty, will fill your stomach. The pièce de boeuf was perfectly cooked, which is not always the case when we speek about meat. It's a small place and you will feel like you are dining in the kitchen of the auntie of your best friend...

This little restaurant was a real find, we were lucky enough to get a table with a last minute booking. They could not have been nicer, the friendly service, fabulous cocktails and delicious food made the last night of our holiday a few treat. This restaurant is also excellent value for money.

When the chef comes from a Michelin starred restaurant and the server/sous-chef also comes from a starred restaurant you know they are serious about their food. A daily approach to cooking transforms the freshest of ingredients into sublime creations that are a marvel to behold and taste. A small resto of only 22 places but with charm and attention to detail that is sure to please. I had a tender entercote stuffed with oysters that brought new meaning to surf and turf, bringing the ocean to a perfectly cooked steak where iodine meets savory and a fantastic sauce to complete the experience. We had a long discussion with the server, who was a charming note all by himself, about the changing strawberry types and how they had just changed over to the variety currently at their peak. Details matter and they know their region and bring to you the best it has to offer. A wonderful experience overall, but be sure to book ahead as it is small and popular. The best of all of the restaurants we tried in the region.

Celebrated as the best restaurant in Dinard, Au Bouchon Breton falls short. The decor was a bit outdated although the overall ambience was nice. The young lady who was in charge of taking care of reservations, welcoming the customers and service all by herself was professional, but busy, as one might imagine. Communication was not her strong suit. The food was carefully executed, but was for the most part unimaginative and the flavours could have been more clear and succulent.

« Seafood & Hapiness » Oyster Club is the very first Seafood Counter of Dinard! Fond of oenology and seafood, I created a Fish shop/Restaurant concept. Eat in or takeaway authentic, local and revisited dishes⦠A nice selection of wines and a warm welcome
Visited here several times, it's unpretentious with oysters and a variety of seafood. The oysters are expensive considering that the wholesale price of oysters locally is cheap compared to England. The oysters are small too and not very good value for money. Pleasant sitting in the sun just off the main square having seafood and a glass of muscadet.

Ombelle is a bistrot style restaurant, cosy and warm atmosphere owned by a young experienced couple. Seasonal and fresh products from local farmers. The chef has an authentic and creative cuisine. We serve good wines for all and organic fruit juices. We w
