This is a classic chalet restaurant, high on a slope, surrounded by Alpine meadows, looking across the valley to Mont Blanc. The menu contains all the classic Alpine combinations of meat, cheese and potatoes, plus a few standards - nothing extraordinary, but service is friendly and the setting makes the occasion very special.

Stopped here for lunch on a really beautiful day. It was difficult getting a table on the terrace but we managed to fit 5 of us in perfectly well. The service was incredibly friendly and the food was excellent. The cost of the food was much lower than we were expecting. We were very happy about this as many restaurants in the area are very expensive.

⦠THE PURE AND SIMPLE HAPPINESS ⦠Itâs a real pleasure for Olivia and Romain to welcome you in their 1870âs farm in Saint Gervais les Bains, at the bottom of the Mont Blanc and the Mont Joly. You will discover a fresh and fine cuisine based on the best of
What a fabulous find this little hotel restaurant is!!! Stayed with friends for a long weekend. The rooms are comfortable clean and beautifully decorated. The husband and wife owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating, from booking our restaurants to wine recommendations and general chit chat. The food is wonderful and very well priced for the quality and service! The cheese trolley and hot chocolate are not to be missed! We canât wait to head back again next year. Hello,Thank you so much Mrs Jane for your wonderful opinion about our hotel and restaurant. It was a real pleasure to host you and your friends and have a nice moment with you.King Regards.

You must go there, it is fabulous! I have been visiting this restaurant twice a year for about 17 years. The food is exquisite. 7 chefs in the kitchen, very creative, excellent value for money. Great service also. I have stayed overnight once at the hotel. Itâs also very nice, modern rooms, beautiful swimming pool.

Une vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc et une cuisine entièrement faite Maison. Spécialités savoyards
This excellent place was recommended to us by the receptionist at our hotel. Set in a quiet spot in the pretty town of Combloux it has a magnificent vista of mountains from its terrace including Mont Blanc which revealed itself as we dined. It is next to a bio ecological swimming lake which gives the impression of being a green lake. The food is not the cheapest but it is of good quality and a bit different with oriental tendencies. We had farm chicken breast pieces in a bowl with soy and chilli rice, courgettes, cooked onions, fennel. It was a very tasty salad but did cost 23 â¬. Also on the menu was a burger, tuna, boiled cod with ratatouille and seafood linguine. All around â¬20 or more. Desserts were â¬9 which seemed steep but my red fruit with cream and ice cream was good as was my wifeâs lemon tart. The owner was in close attendance and the single waitress was friendly and helpful speaking reasonable English. The place was doing good business for a Tuesday evening. Our bill including glass of wine, beer and two coffees was â¬76 incl service which was a reasonable price to pay for pleasant food in a fabulous location.

Amazing that this place rates as #3 in Conbloux. Bad news for Conbloux overall. Uninspired menu, the cook appears to take their inspiration from TV shows or cooking blogs. The accompanying vegetables were overlooked and under-spiced. The famed 'terrace w Mont Blanc view' is more accurately 'terrace w a view of someone's vegetable garden'. There's a McDonald's in Sallanches. Just go there instead.

We just walking around in the village, trying to find a restaurant. lucky we found this place, right in the center, very convinient, nice ambiance.the food also very good, generous portion, love the cripsy potatoes and the dessert profiterol maison, absolutely very delicious. good food, good service. I suppose better to reserve this place, as it was quite full.

They take reservations and they cater to your seating preferences; which is important when you consider the breathtaking vista. The service is always friendly and accurate. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonnable. We always try to take our guests there for a meal during their visit and we are disappointed when they are closed for their seasonal vacations. We cannot count the number of our visits anymore. There is parking right next to the building and more just down the driveway in the ski area parking lot.
