The restaurant was very quiet when we arrived which meant a lack of atmosphere, but this improved as several tables filled. The food was excellent and the  complimentary starter, (mushrooms with a soft poached egg) was delicious. The waiter was polite and efficient and spoke superb English. The down side was the price. With the pound matching the euro 1 : 1 it translated to £9 for a glass of house wine and £4 for a coke, but sadly so far as fine dining is concerned, I guess this is not dissimilar to most European cities.Â

My wife took a Caesar salad. With a lot of imagination the chef made his own interpretation. The first time in my life I saw a Caesar salad with pop-corn, fried onions and whatever but no apropriate dressing. I ordered calfsliver, rose, got it brown Inside with green beans prepared the day before and certainly not fresh.A shame because the terrace was very nice and the service outstanding

This small restaurant had excellent food, an incredible view, and a friendly staff that helped answer all of our questions. A gentleman at the Chateau de Bellet winery suggested this restaurant to us, and we were not disappointed. There was an interesting selection and a variety of food. This was our favorite restaurant on our two week driving tour of the area!

After reading some of the reviews for this place we went. i am on board with everyone else. Great food and the nicest service from the owners you can imagine. We didn't speak French and they didn't speak English and it was not a problem at all. Very good and I highly recommend this place. Will try and go back if time allows.

Hello The restaurant will be closed from 13 October to 7 November Reopening on November 8 See you Soon
Very family friendly, the pizza very nice and made in the minute (as expected). Water free of charge and the glass of wine affordable (2,5â¬). The tiramisu is very tasty with an own recipe and the coffee selection also nice and well roasted. I recommend this place !

This is one of the few restaurants in Carros, and the only one that considers itself a fine-dining experience. My family and I came to celebrate an anniversary, expecting better food and better service than the usual fare. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. The service was uninspiring, they had ran out of beer (by 730pm!) but the key issue were the tiny portion sizes of the mains. It baffles me that restaurants, especially good ones, still get this wrong. Customers should never go home hungry, and frankly, the marginal cost of offering a normal or even generous portion is trivial when your'e charging 25-30 euros a plate. On the positive, the menu was good, the food was very nice and well presented - just not nearly enough!

Got this Créperie recommended by our local host and was not disapointed. Was lucky to get a table inside, as all tables was almost reserved (recommended to book in advantage). The varity of crépes to choose from is good, and fair priced (â¬8-â¬12)Nice and very friendly staff serving our Crépes quite fast even though the place was full.To find the restaurant. Just follow the signs to the restaurant from the main road at Carros village.Be aware to drive towards the Carros village and not the Carros in the valley

We went there for a business dinner (10 persons) and it was a really nice surprise!! The food was excellent, the variety of dishes was pretty large. The food was quite creative too which I appreciated and the portions were generous. I particularly recommend the raspberry millefeuille :-)The service was friendly, professional and welcoming. The only downside was that they didn't have menus in English.
