I had been looking forward to dine in this restaurant for a long time... simply because this house once belonged to my family. Needless to say I was fearing somehow that the dining experience would not be up to my hopes. No I can tell you this was one of my best experience in Liege (and around) for years. The boss is extremely friendly and attentive... and the kitchen is a real delight both for eyes and mouth. Creativity is probably the best word to qualify this nice experience. So, if you happen to be around do not hesitate (just make sure you paid for your parking place!)... and if you happen to be further away don't hesitate to take your car and drive into Herstal. Despite the scars left in the urban tissue, you will soon discover that this city has an important history and is a cradle of the industrial revolution.

This restaurant has lovely food and a pleasant atmosphere. The food portions are plentiful for the price. I would return to this restaurant.

Our visit to this small cozy restaurant was wonderful. The food is of choice quality and price / performance is right. We chose the three-course menu and were surprised with an additional 4 intermediate courses. There were real pearls that were veritable explosion of taste. The service was good but not very warm.A visit more than worth it.

We had the 'Menu l'air de Rien' (â¬75) with the selection of wines (â¬42).The menu consisted of 17 different dishes, all of them delicious! The staff was very welcoming and helpfull, we especially liked the somelier who took his time explaining all the wines with a contagious enthousiasm.Would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service combined with well presented, quality food. Cosy informal and stylish interior. I recommend the beer menu and especially the local beers to accompany your meal. Ask the staff for recommendations! An ideal location for couples or large groups alike.

My first visit with friends to this superb new restaurant in Tilff. We received a very warm welcome from the personnel. Impeccably clean and the decor has a very light and cosy atmosphere. The service and food excellent in all aspects. Very refined menu and a 'no rush' attitude. There is a small garden patio at the back of the dining room which is agreeable to look at. Cannot fault this restaurant, my first visit but will definitely be back

We really enjoy this restaurant and we go there regularly. The food is really good but the only problem sometimes, is that it can be quite noisy. It really depends on which table you are. Anyway, I definitely recommend this restaurant, but don't forget to reserve in advance. As it isn't big, it might be difficult to get a table on the last minute.

As the only terraced castle in The Netherlands, Château Neercanne commands panoramic views across the Jeker Valley and straddles two countries â Belgium and The Netherlands. Renowned for its Restaurant Château Neercanne and popular lunch spot lâAuberge, i
Outside of the city of Maastricht is this beautiful castle. In the evening you are welcomed by a lot of candles lining the pathways to the castle nestled close to the marl caves. After an aperitive in the wine cellars, which I donât think is optimal for the wines, we had a menu in the restaurant. Good service and original with a lot of attention for the âmise en placeâ. Salmon with nori, garlic, quinoa and sambai started with a Japanese touch. Grouper in a Mediterranean way and duck with ras-el-hanout both followed before a chocolate delicacy completed the meal.Dear Maurits, Yes you can have a Conference meeting in a lot of unique locations but a ten minutes drive to our location and into another world is a chance you will find only in Maastricht. Thank you and bring your love of friend next time,Cornelis SchormansManager meetings & events sales

Bistro n'Home is a simple restaurant, with good food. A had the risotto starter and veal main. Both were excellent. The rice in the risotto was cooked perfectly and the veal was so tender it melted in your moth. Even though we were a large group, around 12, everyone was served promptly.
