This is a great place to visit on one of the rainier days in Lerwick. Really interesting museum that covers the geology, biodiversity, history and culture of these islands...from the dawn of time to the present day. Good, modern and well presented displays that inform but do not overwhelm. It is also free to enter and has a decent little shop.

Handmade goats milk soaps and gifts all made by myself only using my own goats milk, my products contain no palm oil some of our soaps have had amazing results especially with people who have eczema and psorasis
We popped in with our 2 girls (5 & 2) to have a look around and as there were kids boxes of 4 bath bombs we bought them a box to take home with us. They smelt gorgeous and they are the most brightly coloured bath bombs we have ever had, the kids loved them and have asked for some more for Christmas!

Unless there is an event on, there's not much to see, but it is worth stopping to see what's there! The stained glass is really impressive. Just enter and walk up to the second floor to have a look.

Established in 2006, current owners Nicola and Magnus took the reins in August 2014 to challenge their ability to achieve a dream of owning a successful business. Nicola started working for the business at the age of 14 before leaving to study for a degree in Business Management. It was not until she met Magnus - her now husband - that they strived to make Shetlands capital more vibrant, alive and fun. The Shetland Fudge Company has now developed into a premium bespoke chocolate company with all their fudge, truffles, tablet, preserves and` gourmet Mallow being made by hand. They focus on using the finest ingredients, local produce wherever possible, and create by hand their own additive-free recipes. The continual enthusiasm from the owners has led to new and exciting services, including chocolate workshops, educational trips and Birthday parties. The core focus of the business is the pride and passion that goes into everything they do, from training staff and displaying creations, to making irresistible goodies.
