It’s a pleasant 10 min walk through a small rainforest up to the lookout tower. Amazing views from the top and worth the climb up the tower.

Come and taste locally produced craft beer from The Coastal Brewing Company in Dalman Street, Forster. The microbrewery is a family-owned business inspired by the natural beauty of the Barrington Coast. Beers are available for sampling and for take-away sales and tours of the brewery can be arranged. Opening times vary by season so please check our Facebook page for the latest.
Whenever we are in Forster we make it a must! We have had the pleasure of getting to know Dave and Helen the owners and brewers and always find them welcoming and friendly. If you like craft beers you will enjoy tasting the latest varieties they have to offer. It is great to see the popularity of their beers grow and offered more and more in the local hotels and restaurants. Very impressed with the way they observe the Covid restrictions, always feel safe.

I visit this scenic beach regularly, both alone and with friends starting this year with beach cricket. The northern end has the steep sand hill, the southern end has the patrolled section with the Cape Hawke Surf Life Saving Club which has a kiosk with good food at good prices, then there's swimming and surfing along the whole beach. The beach is dog friendly.
