Visit one of the great little wineries? Cape Grace Wines is a 'single vineyard' family owned and operated winery. Meet Robert or Karen Karri-Davies at the Cellar Door and discover the insights into being a small producer. You may see some action in the winery. Cape Grace with their handcrafted wines, are generous with the flavour and character of Margaret River. The red wines are hand plunged and basket pressed. Limited quantities of the single vineyard wines are available only from the cellar door. Wines in the range include the flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, an elegant Shiraz, Cabernet/Shiraz - a Classic Australian Blend, a complex wood aged Chardonnay, a dry Chenin Blanc and a delicious Cane Cut Chenin Blanc dessert wine. Very limited production with wines being sold at the Cellar Door and mail.
Another small cellar door in Margaret river doing great things. Really excellent Cabernet franc, one of the best for the trip. Lovely rustic cellar door.

We love it when new visitors first walk through Moon Haven's doors. That first "Wow" really does make us smile. You see not only do we have all of our wonderful handcrafted herbal products on display, but the scent as you walk in, the colourful displays, the sense of tranquility and peace that pervades our simple space.... well let's say that it can be a pretty wonderful experience. Nestled in the small village of Cowaramup in the centre of the Margaret River Wine Region, Moon Haven's soap skincare, herbal remedies and bath products are in high demand by visitors to the cottage. Come In and Play Most importantly Moon Haven is all about fun. It is not just some random retail space where you wander in and wander out. Once through the cottage doors we encourage to play with all of our products, with the wonderful range of kaliedascopes, music boxes, crystals and our extensive range or fairies and dragons. Kids love Moon Haven, we encourage them to touch and interact with everything they see and smell. And of course if something gets broken by chance...we know accidents happen... we'll never ask you to compensate for the breakage... that would be unfair of us to do so. We really do want you to enjoy your visit to the Moon Haven cottage.
I have been buying my soap from here for many years, but mainly by mail order as we live in Perth. It was so lovely to visit the little shop again while on holiday in Busselton recently. the moment you walk through the door you relax, it is beautiful and so calming! All sorts of lovely things to buy besides soaps, there are gift lines, potions and lotions. And lots of samples to try. Good value by buying bulk as you get a good discount. And lovely service ! Worth stopping off in Cowaramup for :)

Visit the showroom and meet Adrian, the maker. There is a range of beautifully handcrafted furniture on display. By using traditional joining techniques and utilising the beautiful timbers of the Southwest of W.A, I produce top quality furniture that will last a lifetime. I specialise in custom made furniture so if you have specific requirements I will work with your brief to the desired outcome.
Visiting this small showroom in Cowaramup, Margaret River was a real surprise. As an amateur furniture maker myself who has visited many studios over decades, I was really impressed with the elegant designs, fine traditional craftsmanship and flawless finishes of Adrian's furniture. The sensitive use of rare, highly figured jarrah and marri veneers and inlays adds visual highlights and creates interesting texture to which no photograph can do justice. A 'must see' for those visiting the Margaret River district.

The Holmes a Court collection housed in this gallery includes mostly indigenous art plus paintings by Monet, Picasso, Matisse and Kahlo.
The current exhibition is part of the Scratching the Surface exhibition shown at the Larence Wilson Art Gallery at UWA. It's some of the best of Janet Holmes à Court's art collection. So much of the display is by West Australian artists which is great to see, particularly the Indigenous art.

An authentic small winery experience in the world-renowned Margaret River wine region. Brookwood Estate offers warm country hospitality in a beautiful rural winery setting. Open Tuesday to Saturday for wine tastings and sales. We offer lunch platters, estate made wine, local beer and cider in a relaxed atmosphere. Our staff are all highly knowledgeable and give you a great insight into how small wineries operate, possibly including a tour of our small winery. A great place to visit if you love wine and timeless, sweeping valley views.
My family and I drink Brookwood wine regularly, but hadn't ever eaten at the Winery so while we were on a recent trip to Busselton decided to visit the beautiful grounds of Brookwood for lunch one day. We LOVED it. We probably ordered too much food as we wanted to try all the little tapas style dishes they had to offer. The cheese and meat platter was delicious and easily fed 2 people, with plenty of leftovers for the rest of us to try. Everything we ate was wonderful and fresh, but my favourite was probably the croquettes! Everything paired excellently with their Bubbles and we polished off the whole bottle while enjoying the lovely few from the balcony of the restaurant. We love it here and will definitely be back again!!

We popped into the Candy Cow and were warmly greeted. We freely wandered around checking out all the different candy on offer. The friendly staff were very helpful with tasting the fudge. It was sooooo good we walked out with twice as much as we intended to buy. Will pop in again next time we pass through.

Established in 1967 by regional pioneer Dr Tom Cullity, Vasse Felix is Margaret River's founding wine estate. Everyone is welcome to visit the Vasse Felix Estate. Curate your experience with options such as tastings at the Cellar Door, behind the scenes Tours, wine by the glass in the Wine Lounge or a long lunch in the acclaimed Vasse Felix Restaurant. The Vasse Felix Restaurant is one of Australia's most esteemed dining experiences and offers a beautiful setting to indulge in regional flavours, textures and creative cuisine to compliment the Wine Collection. Modern Australian in style, the menu draws inspiration from international preparation techniques, fused in a manner unique to Vasse Felix. Choose your own adventure with the a la carte menu or allow our chefs to take you on a Margaret River culinary journey, with the tasting menu and optional paired wines.
From the moment we walked in, the level of service was exceptional. The gentleman working the reception and downstairs area was very good. Very informative. We enjoyed coffee and a wine tasting before heading upstairs for the degustation menu with paired wines on a gorgeous deck table. Food, service, outlook over the vineyards... 10/10. An absolutely wonderful way to spend the afternoon. One of the best in the South West.

MuKau giftware & gallery can been described as a contemporary one stop gift store for all ages. Products ranging from ceramics, handbags, scarves, luxurious hand creams and market sourced jewellery to groovy cuff links, novelty gifts, wine and golfing gifts, books for all ages, educational games, craft and even a healthy collection of old world tin robots. Greeting cards & gift wrapping available.
I always love visiting this little giftshop/gallery when in town - to see new ranges and artwork. Can easily spend 20mins admiring the special giftware, books, and art and lose track of time! For my husband's up-coming birthday gift, we chose a print (to take home and frame, although framed versions were available), plus a beeswax wrap as a gift for an environmentally conscious friend. I usually buy a book or jigsaw puzzle, but restrained myself on this occasion!
