”The Food Caravan” is the original foodie Malmo Food Walk, going strong for more than ten years. We are on a farm in the village Remmarlöv, 5km west of Eslöv in Skåne. Here we have brewed beer since 2014 on water from our own well. At first, the brewery was a side project to the agriculture but now the brewery has grown and taken a large part of the farm's chores. Brewing beer requires a lot of work and care, but our passion for the drink makes the work meaningful and fun. In our range of beer you will find different types. Our basic pillars in our brewing are well-brewed, balanced and pure flavors where we most common filter our beer. We brew mainly with Swedish base malt and water from our own well. Most of our beer is also organic. In the brewery it feels obvious to work with sustainability for the environment and climate. We are out in the country and nature is close to us. Since agriculture has been a large part of the farm's history, it feels natural to take responsibility for our soil. This is why we strive for reduced energy consumption and sustainable development.
