For the Marco Cecchini winery, located in Faedis in the eastern hills of Friuli, hospitality has always been its own hallmark. The enthusiasm that characterizes our work has always been transmitted to the people who visited our vineyards. Who visited us has still alive the memory of a young company with solid roots in his past. Our vineyards are managed entirely by hand and organically. The technologically advanced winery helps the "vigneron" in his interpretation of each grape varietal and of the terroir alongside. We will make a short walk to the top of our hill where an old stone shelter from 1867 look at the castles of Faedis, the valley of Grivo ', Cividale and in the distance the Collio. Meanwhile a careful explanation "in the field" of the main viticulture techniques and an introduction to the techniques of winemaking in the cellar will answer to all your curiosity of our visitors, We will taste our wines together and make the 2 hour visit a complete experience for the neophyte or for the more experts winelovers.

Winery with a wide selection of bottles and bag in box wines. Inside the cellar there is a shop, accessible by customers during the opening days without the need of booking an appointment. The character of CABERT wines is balanced, with a vivid aromatic profile and a strong sense of terroir. Created to be appreciated on any occasion: they offer the pleasure of good drinking thanks to it's lightness.

The winery’s philosophy is to give meaning to tradition and traditional technique in the quest for the original, authentic Ramandolo, using new approaches and ancient materials. Today, our winery has new vine stock and new cellars but the harvest is still carried out by hand in the traditional fashion – there is no other way of working on the steep, terraced slopes.
We went for a wine tasting experience at Dario Coos! It was fantastic! Matteo conducted the tasting and his explanation of the wines, regions, production methods and his professional yet relaxed nature was brilliant! We have travelled from Australia and my cousins were locals and Matteo was easily able to conduct the tasting in very good English! We really enjoy good wines and this venue did not let us down! Our favorite was the Refosco!
