If you’ve always wanted to bake bread, but were hesitant to try, Chef Peter's baking class is for you. Fear the yeast no longer! Chef Peter's class is well organized and well oriented to the novice baker. We managed to produce 3 lovely yeast bread products, including pizza, in under 4 hours and had tremendous fun doing it. Chef Peter also does an introduction to quick sourdough via a no-knead bread. The class ended around the dining table enjoying the results of our efforts. Time and money well spent.

Sit at the bar, have one of their delicious Belgium Dark Ales, which are aged in wooden barrels in the back of the bar. You'll meet the brewmaster, chat with him and have a good time in this bar. Especially on a weekend, when local bands are playing and atmosphere feels like in a living room of a friend. Unfortunately, no food menu at the time we were visiting. At least small bites would be nice.

Fun & educational! Visiting a friend, we decided to try a distillery tour and it was fun! Jim, the master distiller, gave us the tour and it was very interesting and he was excellent. Erik & Abby were gracious & fun servers/bartenders. And of course they make a great product. Tasting the different vodkas, gin, etc... was more fun knowing how it was made. We will be back again in the future.

This is the cutest little wine tasting room! So friendly and accommodating. All the wine was delicious. Don’t be afraid to try something new. We were pleasantly surprised and left with 5 bottles! I can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the very sweet redhead who helped us and really excited us about the wine! She was so informative and helpful! The habenero chili wine was a pleasant surprise!
