In Italian, “Dono dal Cielo” means ‘Gift from Heaven’. We are following our lifelong passion for that perfect balance of earth, sun and soil. Dono dal Cielo was born in 2002 with our first 6,000 Zinfandel vines planted on 7 acres. Secreted away in the graceful rolling hills of Newcastle, we offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax and have fun while sampling our handcrafted wines. We want you to feel at home, gather here and cozy up with each other. Take a bottle or a glass outside on the patio or stroll through the vineyard. Bring your children, your friends and your dogs. We welcome your family to become part of our Dono family!

Love their red wines- cabernet was my favorite. Can't really speak to the whites as I did not try them as I prefer reds. Loved the wines enough to join the wine club! Friendly service, and beautiful outdoor sitting area. Peaceful, tranquil setting. Highly recommend! ????????????

Knee Deep is known for their IPAs and they have a bunch of good ones. There’s always 20+ beers on tap including some other styles. Their tap room is spacious with picnic style tables inside and also a smaller area outside. Food trucks rotate but one is almost always there.

My friends and I just visited this location Saturday January 23rd 2021, and we had an amazing experience talking with Zane about his experience in the wine business. He and his wife Pam are the owners of this beautiful location since 2005. They are really nice and hospitable people. We enjoyed every moment there taking a lot of pictures and social media snaps. Amazing location to bring your dog, a picnic basket and seat down to watch the sunset and overlook the vineyards sipping their great wine!

Had wonderful time at the Moonraker yesterday in a private party during "Light Out in California"!!! We all enjoyed the generated electricity and mass variety of Beers available. Samplers and/or personal preference from previous visits were all available at a minimal cost. You gotta go there!!

I am a huge Imperial Stout fan. Incredibly pleased and impressed walking in to find four Imperial Stout options on the beer menu. I sampled two. First up was Turon which had pleasant banana notes. The Nuterzzzz was just phenomenal. Great chocolate and peanut tones. One of the most enjoyable Imperial Stout tastings I’ve ever had. A superb tasting experience. If there were munchies available, it would be even better.

The Bubbles SW won a double gold at the San Francisco Chronical competition 2019. It is excellent. The hosts are very friendly and outgoing. The wine tasting area is upbeat and the outdoor seating area is comfortable and pretty. This winery is on the Placer County Wine Trail. Highly recommend stopping and enjoying this award winning winery.
