La Cuisine Paris is a cooking school in the centre of Paris offering hands-on cooking classes and food tours in English. Our school is located in the heart of Paris just minutes away from Notre Dame, the Marais, and the famous Hotel de Ville. Our classes are taught in a warm and friendly environment and are small and hands-on - we like everyone to get stuck in! Join us to learn to make beautiful macarons or buttery croissants, or to learn how to use seasonal products inspired by a French Market visit. Or spend time with us outside of the kitchen and indulge your taste buds on a food tour, from our fromage and wine workshop, to our sweet Pastry and Chocolate tour, to our historical tour of the Kings kitchen garden in Versailles, there is something for everyone. Learn how to indentify them, how to taste them and how to appreciate them; in a friendly atmosphere and a magical place. Our French Wine Tour is a kind of trip into France’s wine regions. You will taste 6 wines, coming from different part of France, including 1 Champagne, 2 white wines and 3 red wines, all coming from different regions (Bordeaux, Bourgogne,..)For each of them, you will learn their particularities, their grapes, and what make them different. During 2 hours, your host will give you lots of details and answer to all your questions. Our activity has been designed to give you the perfect combination of fun and friendly moment, but when you leave, you know much more things about the wines of this country and about wine tasting globally.

When you come on our food tours, you'll get to try the many different types of French culinary delights, guaranteed to get your taste buds tingling. Firstly, your local Parisian guide will take you to a patisserie to enjoy some traditional French delicacies, followed by a visit to a cheese shop to try some of Nico's favorite 'fromages'. Your personal guide will then lead your party to a classic chocolaterie where you'll have the chance to eat mouthwatering chocolates. Your tour will include a stop at a boulangerie where you can sample and learn about classic French breads and baguettes (and why you should never eat a baguette the wrong way around)! You'll also drop into a creperie for the delicious flavor sensation of eating a crepe or galette, washed down with a refreshing glass of local cider. The tour even includes a visit to a butcher shop, while there, you can taste succulent French hams and the finest cured sausages. Finally, our guide will pick out the perfect wine chosen to match your food and taste and designed to enhance the whole experience.
