This place is just incredible ... an absolute MUST if you are in the region and if not WELL worth a detour ! Owners Mireille and Marcel are the most enthousiasme you will meet!! For the begging of the process to the end result complete explanation of the distillery process. They have the gold medal winner vodka and the only ALPHA vodka in North America! Yes if you didn’t catch on it’s a 15 out of 10 experience. They also have liqueurs cherry, pear , black currant etc. Worth every second and every dime !

Stopped in here for a couple drinks and a snack last Saturday. It was my first time here, but certainly won't be the last. (My wife was here last Thursday for a bachelorette party and had an amazing time, as well). Service was fantastic, great 'cozy' atmosphere, prices were very reasonable, and the food was delicious, sourced locally, and was plentiful (the charcuterie board for 2 could easily feed 4). Would 100% recommend it!

South River Brewery (formerly Highlander) is located in South River, in the Almaguin Highlands just north of Muskoka - making South River Brewing Co one of the most northerly craft breweries in Ontario. A five-minute drive from the Highway 11 exit will bring you straight to our new brewery on the main street in South River.
I picked up a few cans of Highlander Beer while traveling to North Bay a month ago and noticed, when i got home, the option to Order Online. I tried the service and had beer delivered to my door within days of my order. A great variety and good beer while offering a service that is useful during these days of social isolation. Cheers !

Producing true small-batch craft lagers, ales and seasonal brews. Split Rail is Manitoulin's first microbrewery, brewing and packaging 100% of our beer in Gore Bay, Manitoulin Island. We have a beautiful lake view licensed patio, tasting room, gift shop, brewery tours and bottles. Located acrossed from the Marina in Gore Bay. Cheers!

Mill Market Farmers Market is conveniently located right off the Hub Trail, just steps away from the Ontario locks and the scenic St. Mary’s River waterfront. Grown, raised or crafted by Northern Ontario’s farmers, ranchers, fishermen, artists and artisans; Mill Market brings the best of our lakes, fields and forests to the heart of the historic Canal District in downtown Sault Ste. Marie. From farm to table, Mill Market connects Northern Ontario farmers to local consumers strengthening the local food economy and nurturing healthy communities.
We were wowed by the variety of vendors from delicious food to eat there to meats fresh, smoked or canned, preserves of every description, sweets, breads, giftware of all descriptions, clothing from head to foot. I was interested in getting some alpaca wool I wanted for a project and found a lovely selection and you could buy finished articles as well. We also bought some fabulous vegetables at reasonable prices. We’ll be back
