The family Vivera owns three estates with vineyards and olive trees, everything organically cultivated : Etna in Linguaglossa, Corleone in Palermo, Chiaramonte Gulfi in the province of Ragusa. The VIVERA winery is located in Linguaglossa, on the north eastern side of Etna, in the cru Martinella, between the sea and the volcano, surrounded by vineyards. All the family works in the winery with passion to create organic wines that are elegant and unique. This is possible thanks to the creativity and respect for the land, rich of minerals and volcanic on the Etna, fresh and full of hills in Corleone. The grapes are hand harvested. Inside the cellar, the traditional labor joins the vanguard ideas, ensuring respect to the grape, as it is from the Nature that the winery takes its inspiration to become eco-friendly.
