We teach authentic Italian Food Culture through "hands-on" classes, online classes, small group, domestic & Mediterranean food & wine tours. We published our first cookbook last year and have been featured in both Local and National Media over our 7+ years of teaching. We believe in taking the best quality ingredients and preparing them in a way that the ingredients shine. We specialize in the Mediterranean Diet and Southern Italian specialities. See you the kitchen!
Natalina is so warm and welcoming in her very amazing and professional kitchen, what more could you want? Premium Italian ingredients and two amazing recipes (we did the pasta two ways class), both were really delicious and taught us a few new cooking techniques as well. Whether visiting the Guelph area or whether you live here, a cooking class with Natalina is totally worth checking out!

A group of us had a tour and the guide was knowledgeable and very entertaining. Not as big as I thought it would be but nonetheless still informative. They had some samples at minimal costs at the end. The tour guide was fantastic and cant reiterate that. Great brewery story!

Nestled in a quiet corner of Guelph in a commercial area alongside the train tracks, great selection of craft beers. A small, bijou (and bijou in the sense of a jewel too), dog friendly, baby/child friendly, stranger friendly spot with a warm welcome and service assured.
