It is located about 31 kilometres (19 mi) south of Florence and 42 kilometres (26 mi) north of Siena.

What can I say? After 11 years of visits, still my favorite place in the world to taste wine. The owner, Stefano, is passionate about the wines and about life, and incorporates both storytelling and philosophy into his tastings. If you are in Panzano, walk up the hill and visit him. You won't be disappointed!

This is our third year of wine tasting tours in the Chianti region and I can tell you that this is our best experience ever, Samuela was very careful in bio safety measures while explaining the domain history and while we were tasting her delightful wines and oil. If you want to visit a family domain with a personal treatment this is the place!

The Cellar door store with tasting room of IL PALAGIO di PANZANO is a special place. Here you can just show up and taste! Here you will find out who we are, what and how we produce our products. The tasting room is in the very centre of the town of Panzano in Via Chiantigiana 10, with a stunning view over the Conca d'Oro valley. WINEYR EXPERIENCES : these can be booked directly by our tasting room in town, calling or sending an email. Cellar visit with tasting available only from Monday to Friday.

Agricola Azienda Il Palagio in Panzano is one of the best experiences you can have for the beauty of the golden land and vineyards of Chianti. The hospitality, food and wine of the vineyard are first class. Monia and Franco are a wonderful couple who are committed to maintaining the best of the history of Tuscany while blending new ways of cooking and making wine. We have been vacationing here for twenty years and have sent many families here for holidays. All have fallen in love with Il Palagio and many have returned.. In the past two years Il Palagio added a chef Enza to cook breakfast lunch and dinners. I had the pleasure of being treated to several of her dishes. They were so good I am coming back this summer to take cooking classes from Enza. Agricola Azienda Il Palagio in Panzano should be on your bucket list.

We visited the winery with a small tour group and it was by far our favorite one of the day! They produce really unique biodynamic wines. We had a lovely tour with Lapo, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable..we will visit this winery again!

This historic estate is located in the Chianti Classico region at Passo dei Pecorai, Greve in Chianti (30 Km south of Florence). Part of the Folonari family since 1971, the estate consists of 385 hectares with more than 90 planted with vineyards. The estate dates back to 1300 and is well known for the quality of its wines. In addition to "Pareto", a classic among Super Tuscans, the vineyards also produce "Nozzole" Chianti Classico and Riserva, "La Forra" Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, "Le Bruniche" Chardonnay and a prestigious Vinsanto del Chianti Classico. The estate also has around 15 hectares of olive-groves. At Tenuta di Nozzole it is possible to book special wine tours and tastings and buy the wines coming from all our estates.
