Stood at the drive thru for about 25min. Opted to go inside instead to order, only to be told that they were out of burgers. No burgers available. Only chicken folder over is available. This is a 24hour fast food restaurant. It is only 18h30 right now. There is still a long queue at the drive thru and no one is notifying us. This is pathetic really!

Not impressed by conduct of staff - eg not knowing where to find a item on the till, overcharging by ringing items up incorrectly, being handed items I did not order and no apology forthcoming from employees for inconvenience caused. Purchased a triple chicken burger - 3 ultra dry patties with a teaspoon of sauce on the top patty! Mailed their customer services - waste of time as issues do not get addressed and you then politely receive a mail to inform you that the case has been closed! Customer services non existent - really disappointing. Please note that said complaint refers to the Vanderbijlpark Burger King branch and customer service responses or lack theiroff from the Burger King website.

We have been visiting Spur ranches for decades and by now have our expectations based on this. We had lunch and ordered burgers, mine was the chilli chicken burger.The chicken was the toughest I have ever tasted, chips and onion rings soggy.6/10 for the food, service was good, Lazier, our water was very attentive. Air conditioning was not effective, no playground for the kiddies, only playstation.No internet access on the wifi

I visited this KFC some time ago and was disgusted. This visit was even worse. It is without doubt the worst KFC I've ever been to and I've been to many. The service is ssssssssooo sssloooooow its frightening. When I queried this I was told that they had a new system. What this has to do with the slow food service I don't know and when I was there months ago it was really bad then!! Then there are two resident beggars at the two windows which makes for an unacceptable experience.

We are loyal clients since McDonalds came to town when our kids were still small. Today we are grandparents and still going there with the grand kids now.New technology (operated by the kids) makes it easy and effective to order and skip the queue.Safety of the customers seems to become an issue as its in town and beggars do bother clients.

My boss spoiled us yesterday by ordering take aways from Nandos Vereeniging. I asked for the chicken cheeseburger and chips. So here's the thing.....1. The cheese tasted like cardboard 2. the chicken was tasteless and 3. the chips tasted like....nothing. Nandos please go for training at Steers to make chips and to Roccomamas to make burgers. I am so glad I did not pay for this food.

Friendly waiters. Kids area outside and parents don't have a good view over the kids. Food wasn't the best. I personally think Spur is very expensive for a family restaurant.
