The chipmunk is the most amazing places for fish and chips EVER! It has the biggest and bested reputation all around the north west! It totally lives up to the hype, I've never had fish and chips as nice as here!!

Looks nice and clean from be outside and on in the inside. Chips were see through and not cooked enough, fryer was battering the fish and wiping the batter off so it was only just coated, not enough and was undercooked also. Chicken bread was still frozen in the middle. My whole purchase was thrown in the bin and we went elsewhere. Much better in the area. I wonât be going here again Iâm afraid.

We visit regularly and everything we've ever had from here has been fantastic, from sandwiches to soup, they even have slimming world friendly meals too. The have pasta, salads, jacket potatoes, pretty much anything you want from a sandwich shop you will get here. Good sized portions and great prices, they will do local deliveries for you. They also do some terrific buffets for weddings, christenings birthdays etc.

The last time we went here was 4 months ago and the owners had gone on holiday so we thought we would try it again as they should be back now from there break as we have been coming here for years the food was terrible we had sweet and sour chicken in batter which we have had many times before and it wasn't cooked properly it was soggie and tasteless the fried rice was terrible and the chips was ok we will not be going back because we think it's been taken over because it's not the same it use to be the best Chinese ever but now it's the worst ever

My previous reviews have complimented the quality of the food. However I was very disappointed at my latest visit for a large doner kebab. The price has increased by 30p and the doner meat was both overlooked and inedible. I will not be visiting again until the quality improves.

Just had a takeaway from Shere Khan Express, looking at all the other reviews we must have had an off night.The poppadums tasted stale definitely not fresh, then we were treated to four onion bhaji yes they were free but just about warm.And finally our main meal ,King prawn Passanda ok but only just ok. I have a takeaway from here a few times and in the past it was good , this time most of it was thrown in the bin.Would I go again ??? Possibly but not for awhile,

Can't beat it. It doesn't have a massive selection but what it does do it does really well. Open when you need it and then it closes before every turns out of the pubs.

Itâs great to have such high quality food right on the doorstop! I donât really associate this area with quality take-aways but brothers thankfully changes that! Iâd still say you canât beat Five Guys but brothers isnât far behind. Thereâs been times where Iâve ordered and theyâve cooked and delivered it within 20 minutes which is great! Please keep up the good work as youâre one of the only food establishments around here now that I like and trust! :)
